I typically don't write bad reviews but honestly I had to for this one. I went to this tire shop yesterday. As a fellow human being I treat people with respect and expect the same respect. I asked one of the guys working there (younger dude with some facial hair) working there to help me verify if I needed to replace my tires. He touched one tire and told me I needed all to be replaced. I politely asked him how he could tell, it would be nice if I could understand also, he snapped at me, telling me I should use my eyes and if I had eyes I can see it for myself. Having had close family that has lost their eye sight, this brought unwarranted trauma, I just left the scene, never to return to this place again. I drove to another used tire shop down the road. They checked the tire tread and informed me and showed me I had 6/32 of tread across all tires and don't need to worry about my tires yet.

I asked if they would remove a slightly stripped lug nut; they say no. Call another tire repair place from parking lot and they offered to do the service for FREE. I strongly would not recommend this business; they use to have very courteous staff. That’s the reason our family did quite a bit of business with them over the years.
