Lockers don't work after hours and customer service keeps talking in circles just to tell you to come back the next day during business hours.

Store manager said he could get me “the updated WiFi box” in lieu of a WiFi extender. Really he just signed me up for a separate WiFi account and I was charged an activation fee as well as a new line. Luckily Verizon removed that from my account but this guy knew I was up against a time crunch and took advantage. I should have paid closer attention but I figured he was being honest. Definitely wasn’t. Will not return to this location.

Had an excellent service encounter today with Jerome. Found an offer that fit my budget, great trade in on my old phone, and walked me through a small issue (user error !) Highly recommend !

GOOD LORD Wow! Speechless where do I even begin?
My experience at Verizon was truly life-changing, all thanks to the individuals who went above and beyond to support me during one of the most difficult times in my life.
First and foremost, ROBERT. What can I say about Robert? He's not just a sales representative he's a beacon of empathy and compassion. As I poured out my heart to him about my struggles, he not only listened with genuine concern but shared his own experiences with such RAW honesty and vulnerability. His understanding and affection were like a soothing balm to my soul, and his reassuring BROTHERLY HUG spoke VOLUMES. Robert, your kindness and warmth are beyond words, and I WILL FOREVER cherish the comfort you provided me during a struggling moment of mine!
Next, I must mention IVAN, the manager. Ivan's leadership and professionalism are truly commendable. He doesn’t just manage the business,he LEADS with HEART and IS nothing but FULL OF INTEGRITY . Ivan, your unwavering support and practical guidance made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful for your presence guidance.
And let's not forget DEL, the person who signed me up. Del's friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the enrollment process a breeze. His patience and willingness to address all my questions and concerns made me feel valued and respected from the start. THANK YOU, Del, for your exceptional service.
But please wait, there's more. EDLINE, the security guard, deserves a special mention. Her warm smile and welcoming demeanor brightened my day every time I walked through the door. EDLINE, your dedication to your job and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for your presence.
And last but certainly not least, ESTUARDO, the other sales rep alongside Robert. ESTUARDOS professionalism and dedication to his work were evident in every interaction. His willingness to go the extra mile to assist me did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate his support would be a crime if this gentleman wasn’t included.
I CANNOT help myself but share WHY my heartfelt gratitude goes out to ROBERT, IVAN, DEL, EDLINE, ESTUARDO, and the entire Verizon team. Your kindness, empathy, and professionalism has left a FOREVER lasting impression on me, and I am forever grateful for the support you provided during SUCH a challenging time.

There seems to be a common thread here in that customer service at this location is in need of improvement. I stopped by this location on a whim (I was in the area) to check if they had a case for an older Pixel model. I was told that someone would be right with me. Waited for several minutes patiently. One of the associates walked over to another associate and customer to chat about a transaction. Still again I wait for several minutes. So you don't come over and address a waiting customer? Not even to ask what they need? At that point, I walked over to two associates who were busy at the time and had to interrupt them which is not what I wanted to do. Long story short, skip this location.

Verizon has terrible customer service but then again all mobile phone servicers have terrible customer service.

This location has absolutely no service after the sell. No support at all. The worst experience I have ever had with a business. When I tried to explain the issue to them they responded its not their problem and got extremely defensive. I asked them to call their customer so we could resolve and was denied and told to leave. I suppose that's what happens when you have a 20 some I year old general manager. They seem to not recognize the value of their customers.

Only issue I've ever had with this store is that sometimes the wait can be excruciating, but they're in a busy location so it's to be expected.Today I came in to get an upgrade on my phone taken care of and Ramiro got me all taken care of. He was professional, friendly, and got me taken care of without a hitch. They hire a few more guys like him and this store will be set.This location usually has most of what you need in stock, but if they don't, they can usually get it pretty quickly. The store is also clean, well organized, and the security they have there makes it feel safe.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WENT IN THIS STORE NOBODY HELPED ASKED, OR ACKNOWLEDGED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. MAN THAT WAS WORKING WAS SITTING IN THE BACK WITH AN ATTITUDE NOT HELPING ANYONE HORRIBLE STORE NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT SECURITY WASNT EVEN STANDING AT DOOR SHE WAS SITTING AT THE DESK. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION

I've come in here twice determined to buy a phone and both times the staff essentially talked me out of it. I didn't get the feeling they were doing me a favor either, almost like it was just a hassle for them or something. I don't really get it.
