Their lunch breaks are more important than people who have been waiting in line for prescriptions since before their lunch break started.

I am 69 years old and have asthma and a partially paralyzed diaphragm so I only have 68% of my normal air intake capacity into my lungs. I was prescribed a $45 nebulizer machine to inhale mist. After 2 days it quit working. I called and talked to the pharmacist at this Walgreens location and she told me that she would not exchange it but would give me the manufacturer's phone number. It was a Sunday and the manufacturer was not open till the next day and they could not exchange the device the next day anyway because they are not located in my city. I would have had to suffer physically a lot until I could get it from the manufacturer. Just so I would know what was going on I called five other Walgreens stores close by and talked to the pharmacists and they all said by all means come and exchange it. The machine was 2 days old and the pharmacist would only on a Sunday give me the number of the manufacturer to call the next day. Asthma can get so bad it can actually kill though that's rare. This pharmacist knew that I would suffer until I got a working nebulizer but didn't care. I am still shocked that a well-educated person that is supposed to be a professional would have a problem with exchanging a 2-day-old $45 machine that would keep a person from suffering from asthma. I simply took the machine to a different Walgreens but I had to drive 30 minutes there 30 minutes back. While I'm thinking about it I think I will call someone and report her though it was about a month ago that it took place. I have never in my life had any problem at all exchanging a defective product after 2 days of course and that's common knowledge I thought that everyone knew that. I'm 100% sure of course that Walmart's upper management would not want customers to have to deal with that. It was a 2 day old $45 machine that stops customers from having to suffer physically. And it's rare but asthma can kill.

Out of stock for my medication for a whole month. Always busy, always in a hurry, they can’t even tell you when they are going to get it back in stock.

It’s one thing to continue to not assist me, personally, with my prescription. It’s another when they refuse to assist with my two and half yr old? Why do I make such an accusation. Because myself and Kelsey Seybold have been trying to get in touch with them. And If you try to call before and after their meal break. They do not answer . I thought it was just another Walgreens that handles customers that way. No… it’s all Walgreens. Thank you Walgreens of Creekside for making me aware that ANY OTHER PHARMACY WILL AND HAS CARED MORE THAN ANY WALGREENS EVER COULD OR WOULD.Sincerely, one angry mother.

This is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. The staff (when they actually show up and open for business) are utterly incompetent - I had one lady argue with me about their text notifications after I handed her my damned phone to read the message herself. That leads me to their prescription database computer system, which clearly is no better. I'd say they'd be better off with a pad of paper and a #2 pencil, but I wonder how many of their staff are actually literate.

I did my COVID test on the drive thru, it was a good experience, the guy very polite, everything clean, the steps easy to follow, and very well organized.

I had to return to Walgreens because they messed up our prescription the first time (which I found out about after waiting 30 minutes in line). I was in line at the Pharmacy the second time before 5:40, knowing they close at 6. They are very slow and disorganized, and by the time it was my turn, it was after 6. Instead of realizing that people are in line well before they close, they closed right as it was my turn, not allowing me to get the meds I needed. If they are going to close on customers in line, then they need to close the line BEFORE they close. It’s common customer service which most every other business follows. Their techs are also quite rude with simple questions, especially over the phone. I realize they may be short staffed and all of the other issues the pandemic causes. But if they want to stay relevant as a business, they need to treat customers better. Maybe that’s not a concern to them, because based on looong lines they are always busy. So if you like long lines and poor customer service, go here. However, there are other pharmacy options, which we will begin using from now on.

I've spent my last dime at this pharmacy. Rude and disrespectful staff. My entire family has been using this pharmacy, until today.

The most incompetent human beings I've ever met in my life it's baffling how they manage to wake up and dress themselves in the morning. I had to come 5x to get my wife's medicine and they just get more and more confused each time I arrive.
