I only rate when really great or really bad.
Used them for a couple years, got sick of coming in for scripts and feeling like I was an annoyance so I swapped to HEB.
Their policy of closing down for 30 minutes fir lunch in the middle of the day was also really annoyance. I get it, employees deserve breaks, but the rest of the world alternates lunch time to keep work going.
When a year later (May 2025) a script was accidentally sent here and had to use them, there was a giant touch screen you had to check in at (even though I was the only person inside or at the drive through) that was a complete P.I.T.A. to use. Im not old, but when it doesn't work and takes 5 min to do what used to be a 15 second check in..... wellllll....
I'll skip meds vs ever using this spot again

Don’t go to this Walgreens. We tried 2 times and the experience was horrible. Jill doesn’t have customer service and she needs to learn how to care about patients.

The pharmacist manager Ashley was snappy at me and it was absolutely unprofessional. I as a Dad feel like the store pharmacy let me down and also got similar pushback from the pharmacy technician Sylvia. I had my prescription on hand to show them, it’s medicine for my 1month old who just got discharged from NICU today. My partner came up to the Walgreens at this location and is getting similar pushback. The hospital staff even told us with the information provided was able to be shown and we have approval from the Texas Children’s Hospital but the Walgreens staff was still denying us. It’s literally just a children’s multivitamin. She was born prematurely and needs it for her formula for her development. My partner and I had to be strong on our stance with this and finally were able to get ahold of a manager. Situation never was resolved in finding or getting the help needed for getting the medication for our baby.

So disappointed in the guest services here by the pharmacy employees. My baby was discharged from the NICU today & all dad & I needed were Enfamil Multivitamin drops with iron. There WERE NOT prescription. So, dad goes to pharmacy to get item, he misspoke & called it a prescription but all they had to do was just tell him that it would be in the aisle. INSTEAD, Sylvia decided to refuse service WITHOUT even looking at what dad was trying to get, she automatically assumed dad was a drug addict looking to score. Those multivitamins are for a 1 month old baby who was born premature. I’m pretty sure she’s not a drug addict. So, I had to take myself to the pharmacy to get answers. Turns out they were LYING & just running us around the bush for literally no reason. The pharmacy manager Kate or Katie, she seems to take pride with her employees mouthing off to guest because miss Ashley spoke up when she had NOTHING to do with the situation, but decided to involve herself & try to give sass. Absolutely repulsive. Take your business to CVS, because we went there, showed them what we showed Walgreens, & THEY HAD NO PROBLEM. WALGREENS EMPLOYEES SYLVIA, ASHLEY AND KATIE ASSUMED THAT WE WERE DRUG ADDICTS LOOKING TO SCORE A HIGH ON BABY MULTIVITAMINS. Be so for real. We spoke to district manager Eric ( which by the way if a manager says that they cannot contact corporate & try to tell you to contact them yourself, they most certainly have the resources to contact corporate right then & there, so on top of that, Katie lying saying that she doesn’t know how to contact anyone from corporate is sad on her end. She thought she could save her butt). We plan to come back next week to talk to the general manager of the entire store & continue to escalate this to corporate because this is ridiculous. All they had to do was just tell us that it was in an aisle. Sylvia is the one in only blue scrubs & longer dark hair, Katie is in the white coat, & Ashley is the one with blonde hair & black jacket. I still don’t know why she needed to involve herself at all. Walgreens, time to reevaluate your employees.

Would be better if they paid the staff enough to care about all the bandit signs.

WORST WALGREENS LOCATION!! STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICATION AND STAY ALIVE !!This is the worst Walgreens location I ve ever seen in my entire life. Slow, rude and irresponsible pharmacists. They won’t even update you if they cant fulfil your prescription.. they often say I ve no manpower to do do it today I ‘MAY’ do it tomorrow with complete rudeness. If you need your medication just don’t send your prescription to this Walgreens location. I ve dealt with half filled prescriptions and ended up transferring to diff location several times.. they don’t even care about it and the prescription would sit there for days unattended and they don’t even bother to let you know if they can’t fulfil. If there is a way to give no star or even negative I would do so ..

Horribly slow and disorganized over the last few months. Go to the one at Grant and Eldridge, they know what they’re doing. This one is like a poorly run post office.

Do NOT use this Walgreens for your pharmacy needs. AWFUL service and they shut down in the middle of the day with no warning. This had happened on multiple occasions. Drive thru will be closed with no sign advising they are closed and why. Go inside and the pharmacy is open. Pharmacy service is beyond slow and they talk to customers in a very rude manner. I'm transferring all my prescription needs to CVS.

Harim was really nice, attentive, and even gave me a beauty bag! Which I had no idea Walgreens had! Super cute little goodie bag.

Arrived for vaccine appointment on time. Tech in pharmacy was rude. Was told they were more than an hour behind schedule which defeats purpose of having an appointment. Waited for around 30 min and during that time not one individual received their shot. The line just kept getting longer. I'm guessing whoever was giving the injections was out for an extended lunch break. They have lost my business
