Love this pharmacy. They’re friendly and go out of their way to help. They also answer the phone and apologize if the line is long. This location is the only reason I still use Walgreens.

Only pay attention to the customers that go inside as opposed to having one employee work the inside line while the other works the drive through. It’s horrible management. I keep giving more chances due to the location convenience but I’m going to be changing all of my prescriptions to HEB where I’ve never had any issues.

Their newest manager Nolan is a great person and actually has shreds of humanity within him. Very nice well-spoken and professional, while dealing with me he never lost sight of his other customers which was great! His boss however is obviously some sort of corporate robot or narcissist who has absolutely no shred of humanity within him. My car broke down on 249 and Walgreens was the first parking lot I could coast my car into. It was about later in the evening and I didn't want to wait for a tow truck, I let Noland know I would be by to pick up my car the next day to please not tow it. Understanding things happen sometimes Noland made a sign and took my business card and put 2 days on the sign just out of kindness to not tow my car! What an amazing guy! I call the next morning and let them know I was going to be later in the evening to get my car I was waiting on a friend's tow truck, they transfered me to a very short spoken and pretty rude lady who just put of the gate "you need to come get you car, Noland shouldn't have done that, we are going to tow it" I explained to her to not be mad at Nolan that he was just trying to be a human being, and she said "well HIS boss(I'm still not sir she isn't this "boss") said that he can't do that it's against policy." Okay that may be well all and good but this isn't about policy this is just about being a human and helping someone out. It's not like my car looks like trash nor was it there for days, just one night. Whoever Nolan's bosses needs to check their ego. You work for a corporate pharmacy you're nothing special, allow your employees to keep their humanity a little bit and stay in the back office doing your paperwork high as kite by skimming people's prescriptions off the top. Pathetic

When Mr Arnold is out the sub, Ms Solanda, is so slow. Week before last I waited in line 30 min, second in line. When my turn I waited over 10 min and honked. When I did this I could see Ms. Solanda start tossing filled prescription s in ben, then finally her assistant got on speaker and told me I could either come in and wait or come back in hour. Note prescription was called in in am and this was 5:30. The window person never came to window. This was totally uncalled for. I am changing pharmacy.

Take your prescriptions elsewhere. Took my mother's prescription to this pharmacy because at the time it was convenient. I usually go to HEB. I should have gone to HEB. Dropped them off Saturday, was told it will be ready later that day. Go back when I get a text, only some are available. Tomorrow the rest because it had to come from their warehouse. Go back Sunday, now all of a sudden the pharmacist needs to talk to the Dr because of some "contra indications". I told her this is my mother's blood pressure and heart medications, she's been on for years. I just got so fed up and rush to CVS to get them to transfer the prescriptions there. Why didn't they tell me when I dropped off the prescriptions that they couldn't fill them? At least give me a partial until they can. I will never go back to them. Useless and clueless.

I extremely hate coming here they have extremely horrible customer service in the pharmacy department.On 3/7/23 about 7:00 pm I drove up to drive thru the young lady working the window looked me in my face didn't greet me or anything I wauting sitting for approximately 6-7 minutes before she acknowledged me ,she didn't greet me still she just asked what was my name and birthdate & asked was i picking up a prescription let me note I had a prescription called in 2 hours I gave her the info she asked them she asked me to wait and pull behind the 4 other cars that was waiting now it's going to take me longer than it should to get the medication I ended up having to come inside so I wouldn't have to wait behind 4 customers that I came before ..then the pharmacy crew was rude the young lady spoke to me rudely even rolling hers eyes and making this rude sound as if she was frustrated I will be reporting this to corporate because this is unprofessional and no customer should have had this experience she needs more extensive customer service training

This is the worst pharmacy dept. off of 249, and what's terrible is that I was given the run-around a second time. I arrived to this Walgreen pharmacy because it's convenient and behind my home. However, the meds will not be ready till tomorrow, fortunately, they sent me 30 minutes away from my home to another Walgreens that will have the meds ready for me upon pickup. Needless to say, upon my arrival to the Walgreens 30 minutes away, the pharmacist technician shared with me that they did not get a filled order from the Walgreens behind my home. Now, I have to sit and wait an hour for the medication for which I am in immediate need of the meds to help my son who is sick at home. This place gets a rating of ZERO and how they are intolerable of their clients. I will never recommend this Walgreen for anything, even if it's toilet paper.

I just bought A and C size 4-pack batteries because I waspicking up my prescriptions. Each 4-pack was $10 more than Walmart's prices. NEVER AGAIN will I buy batteries (no matter what time of year) from Walgreens.

I was furious and am never going again. There was 1 person in the entire store and he had the audacity to say hi to me without a uniform on. I thought he was a complete stranger. Then to make things worse their was a buy one get one free deal on medicine and their was only one. Like what the heck do. But anyways never going again. Switching pharmacies.

Exceeded expectations. Greeted with a smile by Layla upon entry. Approached by Kayla to assist in locating merchandise. Layla and Kayla are fine representatives for your store and would be great employees for any company. Highly recommend!
