I was charged a little over a $100 for an order that I did not complete. It's some sort of a systems issue. I normally do very well with this brand, but there is a SNAFU this evening and it's impacting many customers. You have to call in to get a refund. There should never have been a charge to begin with. Because the system shows the cart as having a list of items, but not having completed the shopping. ( I was still up working on the weekly grocery shop.) Just take note if you get a text about an unexpectected charge.

This store is the worst. I just bought haircolor kit, it appeared closed box somewhat bent box just like all other boxes on shelf.I got it home, when I opened to use and 3 of the 7 items in kit were missing, I can't use it now!! Besides the most rude employees of any Walmart, workers in isle pretending to not notice someone looking for help, and now items on shelves are undependable to be complete. A waste of time to shop in the Walmart in tomball on business 249.

Only if Walmart cared about the reviews...The customer service staff needs new employees. Management didn't choose wisely when scheduling two older women Ann and Holly at customer service. They're both grouchy and have poor customer service! Why work in customer service if you don't like helping customers?

I have had multiple issues with curbside orders and only half the time have been able to speak to someone at that Walmart. My items that I have received through curbside have been damaged along with items with missing quantities inside the packaged boxes. Don't bother trying to call because no one answers and if they do they can't help you and say call the 1800 number for help.

This Walmart is TERRIBLE. I had a curbside pickup last Friday; an item was not included. I left a message; I left an email. No response. Unacceptable!!! I was charged for nothing!

This is one of the worst Walmarts (#703) that I have every had the misfortune of getting goods from! Not only was my online order rerouted to this store (several miles further from home) instead of my preferred store, one of my items was left out and I was still charged for it. I thought, okay mistakes happen, and I gave them a call to see about a refund. I was left to listen to it ringing for more than 5 minutes, and then I was hung-up on. Then when I called corporate customer service I could barely understand the person on the other end. I finally got my refund, but my complaint about waiting for someone to answer the phone wouldn't have been answered if I hadn't mentioned it again, and I wouldn't have had the privilege of listening to the excuses of why my call hadn't been answered. P.S. My preferred store #5045 is Awesome!

This store doesn't have the best reviews but I'll tell you who made my evening...the guys in the electronic department! Ronald helped me out to find a printer cartridge I was looking for. It was late probably close to closing time, I'm not sure but he came and checked me out then commented on the cake I was taking to the party from bakery! Thanks for all your help!

This is shopping in a jail to me. Don't buy thr meat, scared of produce, only cleaners, paper products, clothing items like socks, jeans for son, packaged makeup etc. Any fish from overseas can stay. I did buy the crawfish tails from Slidell, LA. We had three big baskets and three receipts (for different purposes). The counter staff was so nice and pleasant, both were. When we got to the exit, Inspector "Don't Trust" wanted to see ALL THREE RECEIPTS. That was $500 worth of items. I was him where the pleasant greeter was because he was nothing like her. This store is awful....There is no ambiance. I went for items I needed and good eat, canned goods or use, cleaning supplies, and anything factory sealed.

Absolutely the worst Walmart I've been to. I asked 4 different people to help me get something from the top shelf and they all told me I needed to go to customer service. Well if you have a vest on (which they all do on the floor), doesn't that make you entitled to provide customer service to customers whom shop there? Got to customer service and I pleasantly asked the lady who stood right outside the returns line for assistance. She continued to tell me I need to talk to someone at customer service and points those working behind the counter. It was extremely exhausting and annoying to learn that no one wanted to just simply help! Had to wait for this lady to finish loading all the returns in a cart before she attempted to make eye contact with me. She pretended to not hear or understand me, when I repeated myself several times. After waiting for about 10 mins for her to finish, she managed to gesture for me to follow her, and made every attempt to stop and pick up stray items along the way before making it to the aisle I needed assistance on. Horrible customer service.
