To the gentlemen who tried to sell me on the wiper blades, let me clarify: I know I need 'em and I do appreciate the offer to price match other auto accessory retailers, but more so than the money, it's really about personal responsibility for me;

No disrespect to y'all -- it's a rough time we live in economically, every person and every company fighting to survive -- but, once upon a time, back before the auto industry was all about getting people back to the dealership (cutting out mid-level services like yourself), consumers were encouraged to learn their own vehicles and do as much of their own maintenance as possible (or at least know how to troubleshoot).

So, when I look at basics like wiper blades, bulb replacement, and oil changes, if I'm not willing to put the time and effort into those things myself, then I have no business owning this vehicle.

That said, there are numerous Discount locations that would have been a shorter drive for me today, all providing the same service. Y'all won my business (specifically Dalton) because of honesty and not being pushy with the sales last time I was in the area; and, to me, that's worth more than the cost of service itself in terms of customer loyalty.
