From start to finish, this was a great experience compared to other places we have bought appliances from. Don Lynch assisted me by email and then over the phone. You know the feeling that you are in a conversation with a vulture, who just wants to make a sale? Not so here. He was professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Delivery was outstanding as well. After they installed the fridge and left, Cliff turned around and came back, because he was not satisfied with how the filter set up was and it was nagging him. That's INTEGRITY! He could have just left and gone on his day, but he didn't. When people care about what they do, it shows. Thank you, Worthleys for hiring men of fine character.

Service Tech Rodney Brott came to home to fix my washing machine timer. He did a very good job and answered all of my questions. when he left he made making the payment very easy. The price was the same as I received the quote. I will use them for all of my appliances.

I went in looking for a part on 11/25/23. I wasn't sure I'd find it. It was a 20 year old fridge that we had barely used. I had stored it in an outdoor shed. There must have been some water in it because a plastic part to the ice make was cracked and wouldn't hold the pressure, it leaked badly. I went in and they said the manufacturer had no stock on the part. He then said, "Let me no check our stock, there's a chance. We show one in stock". I was shocked when he brought the part out. Super helpful gentleman there. It was my first visit. I'm actually going in today for another part. Highly recommend these guys. I also highly recommend that anyone, who looks at reviews, disregard the few bad reviews especially when there are so many great reviews. Some people just can't be pleased. The one review where Bonnie K left a 1-Star review is epic. According to her review never did business with them after trying to reach them. She left the 1-Star because no one answered her call. So many things could've happened. Maybe they were with another customer, they were in the restroom, they had an emergency at home?? They are a small business...Geeze??!! Some people were spoiled brats as kids and grew up to be bratty adults. Life is short. Remember, it's a lot easier and takes less energy to be nice than to be ugly.

Courteous technicians and dispatchers, difficult time getting scheduled....after 3 trips and 3 different parts changed out on a less than 5 year old Frigidaire refrigerator ...I have moved on. If you are looking for an accurate diagnosis and repair I would look elsewhere. They are efficient at changing parts, but not solving issues.

I’ve been a 20 year customer and have always had amazing customer service both for appliance purchases and repairs. The man sitting behind the desk at Lowes in Tomball couldn't be bothered to wait on me or the other two customers, so I shopped at Tomball's local appliance store, Worthley's, and was very pleased with both the service and the appliance. From now on I plan toinvest in the local owners whenever possible.

Bought a range and hood from them and they were able to get it much quicker than Best Buy. Dylan was our salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Aside from a hiccup on install (not WORTHLEY’S doing) a great experience! Would highly recommend. They have great selection and you don’t have to deal with a big box store.

I have bought 3 sets of speed queens, mine, grandparents, sisters from worthleys. Great prices and fair so we keep going back, also recommend them to anyone that ask about our machines. Fast forward 7 years first problem with our machine, so i call them out to look at the dryer. It stays on 10 minutes for ever like a hour and you open the dryer the stuff is almost on fire to hot to hold. They came out said it’s a sensor. Ordered it came back few days later installed and put a part on the washer i had him look at while he was there. Couple days later still not working. Call them back wait few more days come out said it must be one of two things. Checked it found the relay stuck tapped on it said give that a try they will have one on the shelf incase i needed it. Two days later still broken melted elastic in my shorts and burned a t-shirt. Went in to the store and talked to Erick the owner, told him i was fed up and this thing is going to burn my new house to the ground if it gets left on. So he scheduled another service call few more days later and they came out and replaced the only other part it could be and handed me a bill for part only, thanks i paid for the service call and the part that didn’t fix it. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE PARTS CHANGERS

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted this company for a service repair on a Whirlpool washer that was only 7 months old. The service tech came out and stated parts were in stock, in town. I called 3 times over the next 3 weeks for an update. Their office stated parts were on back order and the tech would return my call. He did not return any calls. Wasted a month waiting on these jokers. Finally called Whirlpool for another repair company. Whirlpool washer model WTW5047LW is a terrible product, don't waste your money.
