I came into the Xfinity store to transfer my number from Verizon, and truly everything that could go wrong did. Verizon had a port lock on my number but kept insisting the issue was on Xfinity’s end. At one point they left us on hold for 45 minutes and never returned to the line. I had already spent a week trying to sort this out, talking to at least a dozen different people, and no one could give me a straight answer—except Amira.
From the moment she stepped in to help, she was patient, knowledgeable, and determined to actually solve the problem instead of passing me off to someone else. She helped us navigate Verizon’s customer service right there in the store and was the only person who truly understood what was going on and how to fix it.
On top of all of this, my phone was being replaced after a hacking incident where I lost a significant amount of money. The stress from that, combined with the nightmare of trying to port my number, was overwhelming—but Amira made the entire experience so much better. She didn’t brush me off, she didn’t rush me, and she never once made me feel like a burden. She simply helped.
If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Xfinity is incredibly lucky to have someone like Amira on their team.

Michael at the Tomball store helped restore my phone. I could not access emails an text messages. He figured out the problem and successfully fixed it. Great job Michael. Thank you.

Walked in with my nonfunctional TV box and they swapped it for a new one. Took less than 5 minutes.

If it's all my issues got my internet set up and my account issues resolved much better than their telephone customer service which was horrible

Is no stars an option? We switched our lines and Xfinity people at the store made promises that are just denied by corporate. We have spent 3-4 hours in store twice and weeks of waiting for corrections to be applied and we are still frustrated with empty promises. DO NOT waste your time with Xfinity, the service has been atrocious and unethical to say the least. I rarely post reviews but this is what we have been pushed to do!

My area in Tomball is having constant connectivity issues all the sudden. I can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss these issues. Xfinity just uses bots now instead of real people to get issues resolved now. You get stuck in a loop of unhelpful information and can’t move forward. This company used to be better than the competitors but now they act just like the rest of them. I am very close to canceling and going elsewhere.

Michael in Tomball , is a caring young man, who helped 3 of us seasoned ladies out of a jam! And it's not the 1st time I had issues over getting in touch by phone with Xfinity. In person is the only way to go!!!

I’m going to assume this is the correct store. Today an xfinity driver that was servicing 22803 State Highway 249 Sync at Spring Cypress around 10am-11am was driving recklessly in our residential areas by speeding, it is 5-10mph at our home. Absolutely unacceptable. If I was a few minutes later I would have been hit by him with my baby in her stroller. I could hear his tires as he sped through. Update: the driver parked outside my complex & I saw them as I was leaving. The license plate was FWF0402.
This gentleman needs a course on driving safely, apparently.
