Horrible…. I came to this location to purchase an iPhone 16 and told the service agent exactly where to send my phone. Of course, she did not listen, and now my phone is out for delivery at an address I haven’t lived in in over five years. Maybe if they turned the TV off and paid attention to their clients, business would run more smoothly.

Only because I couldn't put a 0 down. Absolutely, asinine on their customer service. We were in there for an hour and a 1/2 to return a device, and 2 people behind the counter were helping these 2 people and nothing changed and but they took breaks, they went to the back, they help these other people. We couldn't do anything and they were just ridiculous. I would never go to that store. I'll drive to another one before I come back to this one.What else would you like to try

Xfinity and Comcast is nothing short of FRAUDULENT SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I considered changing my service from Verizon to Xfinity 2 yrs ago. I opted for ATT instead. I was told that if I never activate my SIM cards I would never be charged. They lied to me. I was charged from May 2022 to Nov 2022. I called to complain and they agreed that I should not have been charged and refunded me. BUT THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME!!!! I should have noticed before now. But when I called to ask for the money back, they said no and it doesn’t matter that I’ve never used their service. And never mind that I told them to stop 20 months ago! Furthermore, I’ve had to call 5 times to get them to tell them to stop charging me! I’m still not sure that they will stop. STAY FAR FAR FAR away from this company and NEVER give them your card info. They will charge it and never stop whether you use them or not.

I’ve had Xfinity for 4 years and the past 2 have been atrocious only reason I stayed with them was because they kept lowering how much I pay but when the internet goes out over 40 times in 4 days then what’s the point of paying anything I can’t use it, and that’s when I am home to notice it go out. They have sent like 5 techs and continue to try to say it’s my fault somehow even though I use their modems and signal boosters. Their service atleast in Tomball area is terrible. I havnt even been able to get through a movie without the internet going out sometimes for 30 sec sometimes for 1 hour. They still havnt fixed it the only saving grace is that they let me out of my contract to go to AT&T. I can not recommend Xfinity if you live in Tomball. My neighbor has had the same issues he’s older so I ges he hasn’t noticed it as much but it’s not just my house with the issue they refuse to properly fix.

The store is clean, and the employees are courteous and helpful. The other customers were very rude, though.

Terrible service. Had them for internet and cable since the service was provided by the apartment complex. It took me more than 30 minutes to return the equipment today because they are short staffed and just don’t care about their customer service. I would never use them as my cell provider.

Carlos and Sofia were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. All the associates are very friendly. Highly recommend this location out of all of the greater houston stores. 10 out of 10.

The experience was good but until we had to say goodbye. We were with them for about ten years but prices were to high so we had to depart but when making a decision I called if I disconnected if my mobile will be affected I was advised no it will stay the same. But when turning in router I was rude advised the my mobile prices will be higher so I said why if I was advised il they would not I had to disconnect those also but when I asked for my account number they gave me the wrong number even after confirming with them several times. Just be careful
