The staff is very friendly, they explained the difference between the parts they had, which were at different prices, they were very patient and the prices are affordable.

One of the sales associates at the Tomball location was wearing his pants (shorts) below his butt. Discussing and unprofessional. I won't go back to this store. XL, you should address this!

One of the employees working at the Tomball location on 7/24/2023 is a TOTAL JERK! They close at 6pm and my friend gets off at work at 5pm. He was trying to get to the store by 6pm but the GPS said 6:04. So I called and asked if they could stay a couple minutes late because I needed to get the parts tonight to do the work tomorrow. The man on the phone didn't answer my question. Instead he asked me what name the order was under so I gave him the info I had. Couldn't find it and then hung up on me. So I called my friend back. Got the information. Called the store talked to the same guy. Gave him the information and he said he couldn't find it. Then told me that they would be closed down and couldn't check us out. So you can't wait 4 minutes for a $500 purchase and your tone of voice is rude when you talk to me? Needless to say we took our purchase elsewhere. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR COMPANY.
