Very rude. Don’t think the lady at the deli is lifting a finger for anyone. You get the old soggy food in the hot box, or the 3 colored hard as a rock eggs available or too bad!! This is an every day occurrence. You can’t advertise fresh food, then serve less quality than a frozen meal from the grocery store. Pathetic customer service, pathetic food rotation, pathetic management. The only good thing about this store is the subway!! Always excellent service, and fresh food.

I don't know what changed in the last 3 or so months but has gone from happy, friendly and helpful people to listless. Even at the Subway. Stopped going there for now.

I pass through this area a few times a month. Stopped and got Subway. Subway is in TXB ; so, the drinks you get from Subway are from the TXB soda line. All the cola drinks are flat, I stopped after trying 3 of them. I had to buy a bottled drink since the soda line drinks were so bad. I asked the attendant to help me out since I had already paid for a large drink at Subway. She said they had been working on the problem for several days. She declined to help and charged me full price.
She had a chance to win a customer and instead lost a repeat customer. There are several other places to stop along this route. I will no longer stop at TXB.
Adding to the bad customer service, they are not doing anything to alert customers to a known issue.

OMG their chicken tenders are amazing. My husband and I drive team truck. We don't get to eat good food really often. We picked up their dinner for two with the 10-piece chicken tender and 2 sides. I really hope we have more deliveries in this area just so we can eat this chicken again. It is absolutely fantastic.
I also would like to say that everyone in the store was super nice. It was a fuel stop experience that I wish we had every time we stopped. The employees attitudes was such a breath of fresh air. You can tell that they are truly happy doing what they do. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and for the chicken.

Matthew was great at guiding me throughout the store! Best customer service I've experienced at a gas station. These guys take stopping for fuel to the next level!

All employees are very rude. They act like they are being put out of you ask them anything. Good food and good deals but when you have a rude person waiting on you at the register and at the kitchen I really spoils the entire experience.

Young girl at the counter yesterday made me super uncomfortable. It was extremely obvious that because I didn’t look like a normal Fannin county resident she did not enjoy servicing me. Maybe she should smile a little more and not look so grossed out. It’s a big world outside of Trenton, Texas.

The workers here are extremely rude and lazy. Every time I’ve been to the subway I have been greeted with some scoffing eye rolling kid who clearly does not seem to enjoy working there. My online orders have ALWAYS been wrong every time I’ve ordered. Store side workers (particularly at night) hide in the back room on their phones to avoid you now that they added the self check outs in store. The staff seems to be full of a lot of immaturity and attitude and it definitely does not make for a pleasant experience. I worked at this store years ago in high school and things like that never would have just been “let go”. I’ve gone in multiple times to coworkers yelling at each other, or play fighting in the store literally on the ground. Very unprofessional and rude.

I pull in to the diesel pumps and the card readers were all out of service so I go in and give them my company fuel card and they turn the pumps on and said fill up then come back in and we’ll run the card. After pumping $300 dollars in fuel I go back in and there system won’t except the company card so I have to pay for it myself. They want to try the company card a different way and refund my personal card $300 then run the company card again with no success and I pay with my personal card again. NOW WEEK AFTER WEEK I DONT GET THE REFUND AMOUNT BACK. CALLING THE STORE MANAGER OVER AND OVER AND THEY SAY ITS THE ACCOUNTANT AND THEY WILL NOW GO TO THEIR BOSS TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ANOTHER WEEK HAS WENT BY AND NOTHING. NEXT I WILL HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAMS COURT TO TRY TO GET A REFUND ?♂️ if you shop at this store pray that you never have to return anything or have there pumps mess up because they don’t have any idea how to get your money back to you ?
