Starting to question the competency of the people working there. 1) Use your eyes to read the giant words MIX on the front of rx details sheet 2) mix solution and complete full order before sending it with customer.
Absolutely insane paying for a service to be rendered and that service being half done.
If you don't like your job, or don't know how to do it, then don't work there.

Some of the rudest ill-mannered “professionals” I’ve come across. As I’m sitting on the bench outside the pickup window one of the women say “keep asking about your prescription it’s gonna take longer”. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard a comment as such come from these women. During their internet outage my husband was told if his medicine is so important he should go elsewhere. They’re extremely rude (almost all of the pharmacy employees) and argumentative without provocation. Anytime I come to pick up psych meds they walk off and can be seen whispering or laughing. It’s anxiety medication. Nothing is funny about it nor is being rude about people’s chronic medication.

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow, and it's difficult to get someone on the phone. The workers that are there, are great and aren't the problem. They're just always immensely understaffed or training new people. I typically have to call a couple of times to get them to actually fill my prescription. Also, why are they closed on Sunday's? Especially, if they're so backed up on filling prescriptions.Main store just doesn't seem to be ran well. Teenage workers usually running amok in the evenings. Produce is only good the day you buy it, and of course everything is marked up in price because it's the only grocery store for miles. Never thought I'd say this but this town needs a Wal-Mart. Maybe with competition we can better quality from a grocery chain.

This store should be shut down due to over pricing. Talking about price gouging they are the top robbers in Trinity why would anyone want to shop incc BBC a place that is filthy the meat dept and bakery and deli should be looked at by the health dept.

This place is a joke! Watch the prices at the checkout. They like to overcharge on items and hope you don’t notice it. It’s way past time for a real grocery store that doesn’t gouge. And watch expiration dates on perishables. Especially milk. Many times the expiration dates are from the past. It’s worth the time to drive out of the area for groceries.

As a community member, I try to support Local businesses first. After my trip today, I don’t plan to return which is sad as I appreciated having a good grocery store nearby. Given rising COVID Infections/cases in rural areas I was shocked and saddened to find this store not reinforcing nor Enforcing the MASK rules for indoor, public places.
