I read all the reviews and I was impressed that's why I called him, but it seems Eddie has another side to him. I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service I received and disrespect. He has been paid in full but my car isn't finished. I called Eddie and told him I think my car needs a alternator and he came over and changed the alternator. He left and I got in my car and it wouldn't start. I called him and he came back and changed out the battery. This time it started so I took it for a ride. I noticed that when I turned on my lights, that my inside dash lights went dim, almost completely off. So I called Eddie back and told him that and I felt something wasn't right. He was coming back in a day or two to fix my windows so I was going to show him then . I don't know what caused this but it wasn't doing this before. Well on the day Eddie was supposed to come he called me and said he would be here in a half hour. Then when that time came he called and said he would be here in a hour and a half. Well two and a half hours later I called him and asked if everything was ok and asked him to please give me a call on the situation. Well I haven't heard from Eddie, he hasn't returned my calls or called himself . I'm a Senior Citizen and a single woman I need my car to be safe. I can't believe the service I have received. If I was you I'd think twice on calling this business, something isn't right. Who leaves a 72 year old woman with a unsafe car and doesn't even call her back.?
He was going to get the part for my windows and look at the lights. Now I have to take it somewhere else.

Great shop. Very quick. Helped out with heavy haul tractor getting parts. This shop does not service tractor/trailers, but he helped out anyway!

Eddie came to my home in Point Blank to evaluate my truck problem. He diagnosed the issue and I had it towed to his shop prior to the 4th of July weekend. Due to the holiday weekend, I had to wait until Monday. Then it was the 4th, so Wed. was really when they replaced the starter. When pulling off one of the exhaust manifolds, they broke off a bolt. After the successful repair and due to the delays, Eddie had it delivered back to my home in Point Blank and his guy even put a few gallons of gas in it. Eddie and his team understand the term "OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE" and I recommend them highly!!Service: Electrical
