Absolute worst bank. They nevvvvvvvver answer the phone. If you ever had your card stolen you are completely screwed. It was the only bank in town and if I had to do it over I would have never opened an account. Absolutely ridiculous.

Well, I had been considering switching my substantial account to FNB Trinity since it’s more convenient for us, but I won’t be now. They wouldn’t sell us two rolls of quarters (using cash) unless we have an account. It’s petty little things like that show what a bank is really worth.

Very disappointed with this bank I have been trying to call them few times and I just ended up on voice mail. And finally some Regina answer the phone and told me they send my card few months ago and guest what? They have sent it to the wrong address then I’m still talking confirming my mail address and she hangs up on me.

I agree with the previous low reviews. The people here are extremely rude. I have exchanged cash for coins at least 2 times previously, and so has my partner. I have people who are tellers at other franchises and have confirmed there is no such policy that “you can’t get coins unless you bank here.” Well I can certainly tell you I will never put my money into this bank after the rudeness of the teller and Manager Crystal. I called and asked for them to direct me to where this policy is stated and she said “we don’t have to post it, we just don’t.” So my next call is to corporate. You are completely pushing people away who could potentially be customers. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.
