I just wanted to say this Shell has some amazing workers here! I am on crutches and I had a flat tire and the worker last night helped me put fix a flat and air in my tire and he found someone else to help when he needed to go in. Also a few other times I needed help others helped me! Also the gas is always cheaper than the stations in town! I highly recommend. They also have a great variety of everything fully stocked.

Val at the Shell is a very respectful and helpful person. Always smiling and friendly ? Favorite gas station in the Trinity area. Store is immaculate. Very good fresh cooked food and pizza.

We go here all the time,pizza is usually top notch an owner always keeps fresh snuff for the hubby, however, tonight2/9/23 was so different i had to post. The women answering the phone was hands down the rudest of all of trinity. Such anger an annoyance in her voice with huffing of breathing in aggravation at the pick up of the phone. Large sigh of breath when i told her who was picking up order, i tried to spell the name an was told"I KNOW HIM" i asked if there was a problem, half expecting something to be wrong in store but nope just plan out RUDE. Calling from landline so service was not an issue. Owner may seriously want to hire someone else before someone who is tired of rudeness decides to open a competing store across thw street. Truly sad as the owner is a nice guy just sad how this employee could take down his business. I NO LONGER recommend the establishment for anything, go into trinity for pizza??EDIT....HER NAME IS ASHLEY. Hopefully the owner will see this as my hubby went into store an she was just as rude to him as he bought his snuff. Sad that there are such rude people in such a great lil town

I had to go to this Shell because the one and Onalaska does not have diesel and the pumps are filthy. This station is beautiful and friendly!
