Whispering Pines Golf Club is the best course in the state and the ultimate golf experience for the avid golfer. Secluded deep in the East Texas pines, the course is immaculate, in absolute excellent condition, and maintained to absolute perfection. The layout is amazing, challenging, and one of a kind. The entire staff is excellent and incredibly friendly. The Needler par 3 course is a beautiful, great experience. It is a masterpiece in every sense. Do not miss this opportunity.
Best course in Texas! Always in perfect condition and so peaceful. Every hole is surrounded by tall pines which makes it feel like you’re the only person on property.

Whispering Pines is the best maintained and most interesting golf course I’ve played. Easily #1 in Texas. The conditions are immaculate, the layout is incredible, and every hole feels unique. Making a hole-in-one on 15 was the highlight of an unforgettable day. A truly special place.

Was privileged to play here over 20 years ago with my daughter when it hosted an AJGA event. I still think about the course and how beautiful it was and its one of a kind layout….maybe it was just a dream. Felt like heaven.
