Cannot recommend BofA. Sent a bank wire that they are refusing to let us withdraw even though it has been completed; they insist on waiting until the following day for funds to be withdrawn.They even encouraged us to spend the money via debit card, so clearly the money is fully settled (hence the entire purpose of a bank wire), but will not allow for a withdrawal.Relationship to be terminated shortly

Appointment canceled without knowing until we arrived. We’ve been customers over 20 years that doesn’t matter these days. Customer service means absolutely nothing! So we will be moving our monies else where enough is enough.Phones are hardly available—-no answerLong lines with usually 1 person workingNO drive through available yet advertisedHours of business is ridiculous.Basically ev1 feels the same way about this location.I see why BOA is in the news…I’ve asked the mangers about different things happening…. Always the same answer “ we will check into it” with the “ don’t care attitude “!

The far right ATM machine, took my card, and with no change to the screen, no prompts to select anything, enter pin, or a simple, this atm doesn't work, sucked my card in. And that was it. Just took it and would not give it back. That happened on a Sunday, I was two hours from home, luckily, had another card to get gas with. I called the bank the following Monday to ask about it, on how I could get my card back and they seemed to not care that I couldn't get it back, and said, thanks for calling, glad I could help, good bye. They weren't any help, now I have to cancel a card.

Terrible service. 20 min after appt time and no help. Tellers and staff looked inconvenienced and told us the person our appt was with stepped out. We asked why we weren’t notified and there was no response. We overheard the blond haired lady behind counter say they will just have to wait. We tried to see if maybe the branch manager would help us out right away since we had been waiting 20 min while we watched him attempt helping individuals that came in after us. He (Jamal) said they were working on it and asked who told me the lady (Rachel) stepped away. Very disappointed in this bank location and will not be returning.

You need to know that the branch manager, Jamar, is stealing and giving away customers’ credit cards. And that’s the least of my complaints against him and this branch. If you value your privacy, do not go here.

I arrived at this location at 11:07a this morning to cash a check on my business acct. I left at 11:38a. The teller was so freakin rude! I asked for the manager and he refused to go get him and the manager is there because I saw him when I arrived. I will NO longer do business at this location!! Another customer walked to the front of the line and said he was in line 46 minutes, asked for another teller and the teller rudely replied "NO" and that he was here from another location. There has to be immediate change at this poorly managed location.

They don't staff up properly and then have an attitude with customers sharing feedback. It's a hassle to switch banks, but I'm strongly considering it.
