“Janelle” at the front desk is probably the absolute rudest most inhospitable, aggressive person that I have met representing a hotel. She started yelling and followed me till the elevator doors shut. It’s a complete joke to have a human like that working in customer service.Noteworthy details: Would tell my company to choose another hotel in close proximity because of how confrontational and terrible my interaction with “Janelle” was. It speaks entirely about who they are willing to represent them. Incredibly disgusted.

The staff in the restaurant were absolutely awesome!!!! I travel to the area often and I will be switching my future reservations to this hotel. Customer service is extremely rare these days but those individuals in the restaurant were an inspiration and breath of fresh air..

If you would like a nice HOT shower and you want to experience the amenities you have paid for such as television, and you want exceptional customer service, then you may want to find another hotel. But if the water temp isn’t important to you or watching television or having your concerns addressed this might be your place. The front desk lady seemed nice until I had to call her a 3rd time to tell her that the cable was not working in the 2nd room I was moved to because of the cold/luke warm water, she told me “if I move you this time this will be the last room I switch you to”I explained to her it’s not my fault that nothing works at this hotel and that I would just stay where I am because I didn’t feel like having to pack all my things to move again. There are several hotels in this area, whatever you do please don’t waste your time or money here.Rooms: Water is NOT hot and NO CABLE!Noteworthy details: Staff could stand some coaching on customer service and etiquette when communicating with customers.

Aircon was very noisy in the room. No one clean our room on the 1st day. 2nd & 3rd were ok. No IHG membership benefit, unless you booked directly from their website.

Had a great stay. Indoor pool was nice with extra seating outdoors. Smoking areas out back. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Shower didn't close all the way so water got on the floor but hey, it ain't my floor so who cares. Best for the price. Area and hotel were both quiet. There's a gym, a computer with printer, and washers & driers.

Very clean spacious sleeping rooms. Full breakfast. Quiet location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Angie and George were very helpful during our 2 day banquet event at their hotel. Catered meal was excellent.

These rooms are great very clean good size shower has great pressure but the customer service here just isn't what I've come to expect from holiday inn. I called 4 days before my check in date and requested to move check in day to 1 day later he assured me it was taken care of when I went to check in my reservation has been cancelled so that woman on the phone who was helping me sort things out was great she was the only one who showed good customer service. She took care of it was able to reactivate my stay and since my points had already been charged for the first night she granted me a free night. To make up for it. I let her know I would be arriving late because of my schedule. When I got there around 10 pm there was a gentleman sitting in lobby didn't address me as an employee but I soon realized he was. He asked for my information told me he did not have me on his reservations. You can realize that the other woman had already checked me in and that's why I wasn't showing up. No I'm not trying to sound snobby or anything but usually when I go into a hotel I get greeted with a welcome to Holiday inn and thank you for being a diamond elite member. And then they usually ask me if they want me to award my bonus points or if I would like a free beverage. These are standard perks that I usually get hot other Holiday inn hotels. This guy did not even welcome nor any of that which I found a little unprofessional Evan told me breakfast is at 6:30 check out time is at 11:00 so I wake up at 6:00 a.m. get ready go downstairs expecting to see breakfast and there is a sign on the door saying breakfast starts at 7:00 on weekends and starts at 6:00 during the week. I then ask the lady at the front counter about breakfast she says yeah it's 7:00 like I was bothering her again didn't greet me I said good morning to her she didn't reply with a good morning just common courtesy. I give these guys a lot of my business and I do try to take advantage of my little purpose when I can but it's sad when I have experiences like this it had been a long work day and I really wasn't in the mood to deal with people like this. As I said there was one woman on the phone who I spoke with and she was the only one who was truly a helpful customer service agent everyone else just made me feel like I was bothering them.To make things worse the guy in the restaurant area grilled me about being a guest asking me what room I'm in and telling me this free breakfast is only for guests going as far as going to the front desk verifying what room I had been checked in to. This was in my checkout day but still I've never had this happen to me getting complimentry breakfast.

Super accommodating! We booked a hotel a little closer to the airport, but they overbooked the hotel. They covered a night and sent us here. WAY BETTER! Great service and everyone is super nice. My only wish is that it was closer to town, but I can’t complain. They were super accommodating to everything. Gave us the best room possible and even gave us free breakfast. I travel a lot and I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great stay these past couple days!

It was a wonderful experience; the woman who checked us in was nice.The only real complaint was that the shower had low pressure and took awhile to heat up, but I think it may have more to do with being on the third floor than the hotel itself.We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Everything is great besides breakfast you'd be better off eating at the waffle house with the neighboring roaches. Definitely not worth 10 dollars per person for breakfast just to east cereal and waffles since everything else is unedible. Staff is friendly rooms were clean. Don't expect enough water pressure to fill the tub up for a small baby before it gets cold but all in all a very nice stay.Nearby activities: None but the local walmart.

It looks great. But the staff is horrible. They are so rude. When I pulled up to the front doors to go check in, I left the kids and spouse in the car so I could get everything situated. I parked past the doors but still in the 10 min parking. The hotel employee/owner that drove the holiday inn van pulled up behind my SUV and kept honking to move. Had been there 2 min and was processing my card inside. He parked so close to my bumper I couldn’t unload the bags, or open the hatch on my Escalade. He just kept honking, when there was zero other occupied spaces. Secondly, the night employee called the room yelling that we couldn’t charge two sodas because we didn’t put a card on file. I said yes we did but I’ll come down and handle it. Immediately went down. He was so disdainful and rude. The room was scummy and i had bugs crawling in my bag by morning. It’s close to southlake but that’s the only convenience for me. The bugs were the last straw.
