I have not once spoken to Josh House himself.I have an outstanding claim that is 10 months old (from March 2023) and I am STILL waiting to be reimbursed the full amount of my repair.His associate, Lili, however, is responsive and understanding and I enjoy working with her.

Josh House Allstate is as worthless as tits on a boar hog. Of course that's just my opinion. Allstate may fight you tooth and nail on claims AND specifically Mr. Josh House's service after your premiums are paid may reveal Josh is about as present as a ghost. Look elsewhere - at least for another agent. You can take it by faith what I'm telling you is true, or you can experience Josh's personality for yourself.

I hate doing this because Josh’s team is amazing and have been very helpful and cordial. Who I am very disappointed with is Allstate. Had a hail storm back in June, 2023 where we experienced baseball size hail. I turned in a claim for my truck and my house. When I got an estimate for my truck it was $1,000 short of the estimate from the repair company, no big deal. But when I turned in my roof claim it was denied and it only covered some damages. I challenged the claim because the roof’s next door are getting replaced, plus I’ve had a couple of roofs replaced with slightly smaller hail. This just felt like they where doing their best to pay as least as possible. In the middle of this process I got a survey to give feedback, when I went back to take the survey it was “expired,” coincidence? I’m just glad it’s a roof and nothing more serious.

They do nothing in your interest and they are outrageously expensive. $9000 a year for 3 five year old cars. A Toyota a Hyundai and a Malibu. My payments were set up on an auto debit card. I was told I could get a discount of 5% if I went to a yearly paid in full one time payment.So pay us 9k in full and we will give you $450 credit toward any deductible payment you might need for an accident. What a joke! Don't even get me started on the house insurance policy and the 10% deductible and the "Allstate math for depreciation" They only paid $8000 on a 23000 roof. I had to pay 15K.Worthless policies for both car and house.The worst! Run away.Ohh and the app doesn't work or anything.You can never pull up your billing or policies.You're in good hands alright they have them both in your wallet.
