Not a fan of their super-sweet coffee drinks, but they make a great latte. If I do get one of their frou-frou drinks, it's normally a Caramel Macchiato, sometimes adding additional coffee. I like their cafe Americano too.

I don't usually review a Starbucks but the service was so good today that I wanted to add my opinion.It was a Sunday morning and I was in my way to church. Actually stopped at the bagel shop a few doors down and decided to add a hot cup of coffee. Only two employees at 7:30 in the morning but they both said hi. That was impressive. Really wish I had gotten the younger man's name but he was by far the nicest Starbucks employee I've ever encountered. He asked about my watch and we struck up a conversation. All the while, he continued working (what appeared to be effortlessly) and making coffees. I'm usually the quiet guy so kudos to this young man for his outstanding customer service.Oh by the way. The latter was spot on.

I went into Starbucks this morning. Brinks security was behind the counter flirting with the lady at the register. The store manager was sitting on her butt. The store was flooding with people who had to wait for their drinks. Joan was the only one making drinks and busting her tail. She was lovely. I cannot believe that the manager watched this unfold and did absolutely nothing. Joan had no help and over 15 drink orders to make by herself. And boy did she get it done! She was obviously struggling. By standers thought she was the one running the store. She asked for help SEVERAL times and the one at the register stated that she was too busy. She was doing NOTHING. I can’t believe they’d treat their coworker like that. SMH.

@Starbucks I’m noticing a trend at Starbucks…over-priced, Over-Hyped, ClusterFucks, zombie employees who need reprogrammed to care…completely dysfunctional. At one point (after waiting for an hour for my mobile order) I literally wanted to scream out PLEASE CAN I WIPE DOWN YOUR COUNTERS FOR YOU? But the baristas were too busy robotically bumping into each other and slopping half of the drinks onto the sticky counters…most paid $10 for piss poor drinks and piss poor service…and this is my good review! Seriously what in hell is the big attraction to Starbucks…I just never got it!

It's really frustrating when you're excited for something and it doesn't meet your expectations. Even though the item is frequently ordered, it's still disappointing when it's not made correctly. While delivery apps are convenient, it's still a hassle to ensure that the order is correct. I have to be present to make sure my drink is made as advertised. I've visited this location multiple times and if I'm not vigilant, they consistently make my drink incorrectly. It's a letdown every time I visit this location.

This location needs an expansion. It's nice because it gives you a great, cozy feel, but the service is absolutely atrocious. I use mobile ordering for pick up and I normally order my drink 25/30 minutes before I'll be at that location and it never fails that I walk in and I'm STILL waiting. I understand that this location is wanting to be quaint and for people that have the time to sit in a Starbucks all day weather it be for work/school or because this is where you just go and catch up with friends but for those of us that use this location as our morning pick me up, this is the worst location and progressively gets worse. They constantly seem understaffed and the team here just seems burnt out. My advice for you, avoid this location at all cost if you can, especially if you have a difficult name, they just won't even call your name if they can't read it.

Over the past few weeks service has gotten worse and worse. I come several times throughout the week. Doesn’t matter morning or afternoon. Always a long wait. Even when using mobile order.
