Pharmacy staff is always very prompt and helpful. I haven't experienced a longer wait than at any other pharmacy. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and eager to answer questions.

Love the store! Use it a few times per week. Produce is always the best. Can you please have staff pay a bit more attention to the litter outside especially on the east side where the employees hang out. It is really un-inviting. Thank you!!!!

The pharmacists & all the staff work incredibly hard and are excellent. I've had the pharmacist call me at home to double check on a medicine (s) that might not interact. Their check out system seems very labor intensive & slow. I think that would speed up the check out process for sure. These folks work so hard and are always busy but they are always friendly & thorough. That pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Tom Thumb management needs to hire more staff ! These people are great and we want to keep them. Hire more staff!

Incredibly slow all of the time the individuals all look like they're zombies working behind the counter and ignore the customers in long lines it looks like they make an attempt to go slower and slower the more people are waiting at the counter and in the drive-through line. Several times I actually see people trying to back out of the drive-through line to get the hell out of there. One of the individuals that I believe is the manager doesn't even speak fluent English. It's a pathetic place to go to get prescriptions filled and in my personal opinion I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I vote with my wallet and they'll never get another penny from me.

Seriously? It’s 5 PM on a Friday afternoon a week before Christmas. You have one cashier lane open and the self check out line is all the way from the cash registers to the back of the store. I guess Customer Service is not a priority for you.

Prices are typically higher than other area stores, service is average at best and their supply chain is deficient in every way. This is a place to shop for convenience only if you live in the area, otherwise it is worth it to drive further.

If I could give this 0 star's I would. We recently moved to this area and had to leave the Tom Thumb we have used for almost 20 years. This pharmacy is always extremely slow and not helpful. This weekend I received a call from the pharmacist Adam letting me know my script had been ready for 20 days. I had been to the pharmacy twice and no one mentioned to me it was ready. I was finishing another med then we were switching to a new one. He told me that if not picked up that day it would be expired and the doc would have to call in a new one. He called me at 12:20 and my husband was there to pick it up by 2 to which Adam then said "oh its expired now sorry". How did it expire in the 2 hour it took to get up there. How does that make any sense. Then he kept pointing out it had been ready for 20 days. No one told me. I didn't need it yet. We have officially hit our limit at this pharmacy and will not be back to tom thumb again for any pharmacy needs. I get meds every 30 days and it has been a complete hassle each time we have needed to pick them up. I would rather drive out of my way to a pharmacy without a drive through and get my 3 kids out of the car each time then have to come back to this location .
