The staff here are genuine and strive to do their best, there is little they can do when they are swamped with customers and forced to deal with difficult customers in line about why their insurance won't pay for this or that, so if you find it to be a long wait don't blame the staff they are hard workers with our best interest in mind!

I’ve had good experiences with the staff on this team. I’ve had to call periodically to check that my medication is in stock, and they always answer promptly and are really helpful with providing me with information I need. I tend to go through the drive thru in the evenings and the lines usually aren’t too bad! I often just pull up and am at the window right away. The same day medication delivery service is also well organized, and staff were really helpful about providing me with a clear window of time of when I should expect my medications to be delivered.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy to go to. I've been going for years and continuously give them the benefit of the doubt but I have had it. Got my wisdom teeth out today and we had my doctor call them 3 times, still no meds and they keep saying to just call my doctor back. It's been over 7 hours without pain meds, this is extremely ridiculous. The pharmacists back there are lazy and blow off any sort of responsibility what so ever. This poor communication with the doctors prescribing the medicine is not new to me - this has happened more times than I can count in the past. Isn't getting people their prescribed medicine YOUR JOB? Somebody get some new management or something this staff is HORRIBLE.

I had my photo taken for my passport and when I got to the passport office they said it was the wrong dimensions and they could not accept it so I had to pay to have my photo taken again. I drove straight to Walgreens and told them what the passport place said. Because the photo was taken over 30 days ago, they said I was not in the system and I did not have the receipt. The back of my photo had all of the information including transaction, date, store number, etc. The assistant general manager said all she could do was offer me a store credit or I could call one800 Walgreens. Not once did she say I apologize for the inconvenience or I wish I could do more. She just kept repeating that she could give me a store credit or I could call one800 Walgreens. I forgot to mention that when I first came to the counter the girl that works the photo booth said she could tell it was wrong immediately. I called Walgreens corporate and filed a report. I won't shop at this Walgreens again as long as I know that assistant manager is there. Very.poor customer service.

You couldn't ask for better service anywhere. Cary, Tom, and the entire staff in the pharmacy are professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have about my prescriptions. This store is always neat and clean, and you are always greeted with a welcoming hello and a smile.

I have problems every-time I come to this Walgreens. Recently I had problems picking up a fed ex package. And then I stopped by to pickup stamps because they advertise having them and they were all out.

This is the second time I have been to this pharmacy and both times my prescription has been wrong. 20 minutes to wait to fix there mistake. Don't go here!

Nothing bad, nothing special. Went in for passport photos. I guess the new norm is that over-casual and "at least I responded to you" has replaced professionalism and customer service. After 15 mins and almost $40 for 2 sets of photos, I didn't even get an acknowledgment as a customer; just handed me the envelope and straight to the next customer. I've gotten a warmer experience from a self-serve kiosk. New moto, "Walgreens, where you get service with a frown."

Drive thru had a line of 6 cars so I went inside to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy tech was trying to look up my insurance through the system and was having issues making it go through, and the pharmacist yelled at her to hurry up and help the next customer. They asked me to wait while they helped the rest of the customers.After they finished helping the other customers, she said they had figured it out. I asked what was wrong before, and they said I would have to call the insurance to see what was wrong. I was surprised because earlier she said that they would call the insurance. I said, "oh I thought you were going to call the insurance." The pharmacist then proceeded to yell at me and tell me that it's not their problem.I get understaffing, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. Under no circumstances should a pharmacist be yelling at a customer for asking why a prescription is a certain price. Not going back after that experience.

Severaly understaffed on July 19 I waited 27 minutes on the phone to talk to pharmacy and they hung up on me, drive through had 4 cars and inside had 3 people waiting on the line. Walgreens can easily staff places from other branches, step it up!I have a screenshot of my hold time but some odd reason I can't attach it to the review. Definitely lost a customer
