Like the other reviews below, Pharmacist is very rude here talks to you like you know nothing about insurance. They mess up your prescriptions by not running insurance the right way. Even if you decide to not use insurance they tell you you can't use good rx when you have coupon literally right on app. Will be switching pharmacies.

Rude, LAZY, incompetent people working here! Constantly telling me that medication I have been on for years is declined, sending me on a goose chase just to learn it was not declined. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The staff working here does not care to listen. They talk over you to give their bs excuses as to why they messed up, always blaming the doctor. I'll be using CVS across the street going forward. GET IT TOGETHER!!

Customer service at this particular store is terrible, I had my hands full and walked to a counter, where a young man named Grant was standing, and as soon as I set my stuff done, he looked at me and said oh that guy can help you over there and Walked away to the back of the store. These kids need to learn customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. Y’all need to hire adults not Rude teenagers.

COVID and Flu shot was so fast and easy with an appointment. Great pharmacist.Cashier made snide remark "oh you must really like getting stuck."

I went in to get a passport photo taken. The gentleman helping me was very friendly but then the manager came over and very rudely told me that I would have to change since I wore a white shirt, without apologizing for the inconvenience and then proceeding to berate the staff member helping me for no one being at the front desk. I will not be returning.

I've visited Walgreens stores all across the country, and while customer service might not always be their strong suit, my recent experience at this particular Walgreens takes the cake for poor service.My 7 years old son had a medical appointment that required a eight-hour drive on Monday, and for a specific reason, I requested that my prescription be sent to this Walgreens since it's closer to my home. On that very day, I called them to confirm the availability of the prescription, as my 7-year-old son's asthma was acting up, and I desperately needed the medication. They assured me that they didn't have it in stock but would order it, promising its arrival today (9/13/2023).Today, with hope and relief in my heart, I went to pick up the life-saving medication, only to be hit with a shocker. They informed me that my health insurance wouldn't cover it and that the generic brand would cost a staggering $1,800. Bewildered, I inquired if it was Advair, as I had specifically called on Monday to confirm its availability. The response was baffling; the lady said, "No, I'm talking about the generic version." This led me to ask about Advair itself, to which she replied that it was covered, and the cost was a mere hundred and something dollars, but they did not order even though I called them on Monday to ask for Advair specifically.However, the ordeal was far from over. Despite my prior call on Monday, Walgreens claimed they didn't have Advair in stock. To make matters worse, they didn't bother to call me about this issue. It felt like they simply didn't care about my predicament. Instead, they waited until I arrived at the store to start looking for a solution, leaving me hanging without any answers.This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed in this Walgreens location. It's disheartening to see such a lack of concern for customers in dire need of medication, especially for a child's health. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer in various locations, but I see no reason to return to Walgreens ever again. The indifference and poor service I encountered here have left a lasting impression, and I hope my feedback helps shed light on the areas where improvement is urgently needed.

Pharmacist seems nice. But other staff are absolutely horrible. Just tried to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend. And she called in advance that it was ready. Instead I got told to wait 5 minutes, that later turned to 30 minutes. During that time, the staff were chatting and laughing with each other. No regard for the line either until the Pharmacist told them to come to the line to take care of customers.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy to go to. I've been going for years and continuously give them the benefit of the doubt but I have had it. Got my wisdom teeth out today and we had my doctor call them 3 times, still no meds and they keep saying to just call my doctor back. It's been over 7 hours without pain meds, this is extremely ridiculous. The pharmacists back there are lazy and blow off any sort of responsibility what so ever. This poor communication with the doctors prescribing the medicine is not new to me - this has happened more times than I can count in the past. Isn't getting people their prescribed medicine YOUR JOB? Somebody get some new management or something this staff is HORRIBLE.

I had my photo taken for my passport and when I got to the passport office they said it was the wrong dimensions and they could not accept it so I had to pay to have my photo taken again. I drove straight to Walgreens and told them what the passport place said. Because the photo was taken over 30 days ago, they said I was not in the system and I did not have the receipt. The back of my photo had all of the information including transaction, date, store number, etc. The assistant general manager said all she could do was offer me a store credit or I could call one800 Walgreens. Not once did she say I apologize for the inconvenience or I wish I could do more. She just kept repeating that she could give me a store credit or I could call one800 Walgreens. I forgot to mention that when I first came to the counter the girl that works the photo booth said she could tell it was wrong immediately. I called Walgreens corporate and filed a report. I won't shop at this Walgreens again as long as I know that assistant manager is there. Very.poor customer service.

Really unacceptable customer service. I picked up a Rx yesterday after being notified that ONE was ready. (Another had been on backorder for 3+ months.) When I got home, I realized I had 2 Rxs: the one I intended to pick up and the one that was apparently on back order. I no longer needed that Rx. I never received a text, email, verbal that I was getting 2 Rxs (drive thru). Only the total charge. The bag is still stapled and obviously not touched and they wouldn't give me a refund. Even if they had to throw out the med, the money should've been refunded due to their mistake. The pharmacist seemed condescending as she answered the sweet woman that was relaying the message. Then a man spoke up that "it's against policy to return once it leaves the store." BS. So then why did pharmacist hear out the woman for a reason to return?!! As a medical professional, this was really disheartening. After 10+ years, I'll be switching to a local pharmacy where customer service isn't forgotten.

You couldn't ask for better service anywhere. Cary, Tom, and the entire staff in the pharmacy are professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have about my prescriptions. This store is always neat and clean, and you are always greeted with a welcoming hello and a smile.

I have problems every-time I come to this Walgreens. Recently I had problems picking up a fed ex package. And then I stopped by to pickup stamps because they advertise having them and they were all out.

They are really kind. I would give them 5 stars but they lost one of our prescriptions and this caused some issues for my family. Otherwise, this is a great location.

Super slow service! They messed up my prescription and they took another hour to fix it! Go somewhere else!
