The service depends on a specific person to be present and available. Two times I’ve tried to use this service at Tom Thumb at 6pm and although the service is supposed to be available from 8am to 8pm, both times I’ve been told to return the next day because “it is better” for them.

Seriously? It’s 5 PM on a Friday afternoon a week before Christmas. You have one cashier lane open and the self check out line is all the way from the cash registers to the back of the store. I guess Customer Service is not a priority for you.

Prices are typically higher than other area stores, service is average at best and their supply chain is deficient in every way. This is a place to shop for convenience only if you live in the area, otherwise it is worth it to drive further.
