Why charge someone $30 when they overdraft 93 cents ? I can understand anything over 10 dollars but 93 cents.... It's crazy..

This is the worst bank I’ve ever banked at and I had accounts at Bank of America for 10 yrs so that’s saying a lot. They shut your accounts down after 24hrs of having a zero balance. If it stays like that for 30 days you have to go up there and reopen them. To open an account here anyways you have to fill out a mound of paperwork. It took me an hr and a half to open 2 checking accounts and 1 savings account and I’d already gotten them the information prior that they needed. So it was just that long for them to go over the paperwork and for me to sign it. One of my checking accounts and one savings account had a zero balance because I took in two homeless teenagers last month, went over budget on a roof at one of my properties, and my uncle is dying of cancer so I’m having to drive more than normal and don’t have time to deal with the bank. This is dehumanizing to even have to talk about. They don’t care about their customers and you can see that reflected by their policies and their terrible attitudes in the main call center (never talked to a friendly person from there). In addition to having to have money in your accounts at all times, in order to deposit cash in their ATM they make it really inconvenient, and they set your limits of withdrawal really low and make it really difficult to change them. Everything that they do is to make their job easier it’s not to make banking with them a more enjoyable experience for you as a customer. So you’re the one that has to jump through hoops for them to profit off of you. It doesn’t make a lot of sense. I have accounts with Kelly Community in Tyler (and have for a few yrs now...only had Austin bank since October) and just wanted a more local bank (I live in Troup) well that was a big mistake. As soon as I get direct deposit rerouted to Kelly Community I’m closing out my last account with this bank.
