Was told it was left in mailbox and wasnt there. Your driver is a joke I've had issues with u.s.p.s. out here 4 times take some lessons from ups and Amazon. Even doordash can do a better job. Now I've gotta try and find my package I paid for. I wont be ordering anything else if u.s.p.s. is delivering it.

I am very upset with the delivery driver. She has threatened to keep our mail from being delivered due to our trash can being constantly thrown in front of our mailbox (out of our control). We kindly asked her (via paper sign) to put packages in a big cooler to keep the outside dogs from chewing them up, but she PURPOSELY put them on top of the cooler. We’ve now come home twice to ruined packages AND mail.

Lady up front is very rude and moves in an aggressive mannerism like you have done something to upset her, and all you are doing is picking something up or asking a question. If it wasn't for the couple of times I have called and talked to a man there who gave amazing customer service , I would give them one star.

Get used to receiving the attempted to deliver but surprisingly never attempted, according to them if the box is “too big” they leave it in the office and you have to go and collect it. Come to find out “too big” means once the car being used is full that’s it if you want your package you have to go get it yourself if not it will be returned to sender. Makes no sense at all. And just cause your package didn’t make it into the car that doesn’t mean it will be one of the first to get loaded the following day. Icing on the cake are the hours they are open. After paying for shipping and handling now I have to go into work late or leave early due to their inability to deliver. Horrible management and leadership at this post office! Let provide government pay, government pensions for piss poor work expectations!

A friend and I were supposed to have several packages delivered today. We have a large locker for packages, complete with signage saying DELIVER PACKAGES HERE and sitting in plain sight, and these people STILL can't deliver our stuff. How pathetic. Last week they delivered our packages to a BUSINESS across the road - by leaving them sitting outside the closed business's gate. The only way we got them was by the business owner posting on the town's Facebook page. Like I said ... pathetic. Now I'm heading to the main USPS website to file a complaint.BTW: after having issues receiving my ordinary MAIL at my address (that I've lived at for more than 5 years), I had to open a PO Box. I kept it for around two years. During those two years, the suddenly didn't have a problem delivering mail to my actual address.....

Good luck receiving packages. They mysteriously attempt a delivery (never happened). I ordered a small item around six months ago, they claimed the car air freshener wouldn't fit in my mailbox, claimed animal interference as to why they couldn't leave it at my gate, never attempted a delivery again. When I called the post office, they said my package was waiting at the post office. I went to pick it up and they had no record of it ever being there. Original shipper shows it was sent back to Dallas, where it remains. None of this even surprises me and it's the typical outcome I've come to expect from there. We're not even gonna talk about the time they left a package with $300 in horse tack sitting on the ground, in the rain, at the end of my long driveway, right next to the road for someone to steal. My question for them is, would you appreciate YOUR delivery person treating stuff you've worked hard to buy in this manner?

I absolutely loathe the Troup post office. After reading the other reviews, I now see that I am not the only one having these significant problems. The 5 star reviews are obviously friends of the people who work there. They should be ashamed of themselves for posting false reviews. I was waiting for a package that had been "delayed in transit", but now I was sent a text from the post office that said "package held at office at customer's request." I did NO such thing. Liars! Then I looked at the order on Amazon's site and the post office had told them "a delivery was attempted and the package is being held at the office". That did NOT happen. Liars! These have to be some of the laziest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Most of the complaints from the other reviewers have also happend to me. Too many to list. I will keep looking for other ways to get my packages delivered. As for the review of the post master, that's an outright lie. The guy has a serious attitude problem. This post office should be completely restaffed; especially the post master. And for the review that stated the post master told her they get paid by the step; they don't. They get salaries that are negotiated by their union. By the step? You have got to be kidding me!

You can’t get a hold of anyone when you call the post office. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Yet they said they were unable to deliver it because the “driveway/front door wasn’t accessible.” I watched them go down the driveway, I immediately put my dogs up. Then he just sat there for a minute and didn’t even attempt to deliver my package. (I didn’t go outside because I am sick and wasn’t trying to also get this delivery driver sick. My mistake I guess) my daughter watched him drive off and said he never got out or left the packages. He couldn’t access the back door. But the front door was completely accessible. I’ve also had delivery drivers just put the package on my car in the past, which is fine. Don’t understand why this man needed to get to my BACK door to give me my package with expensive electronics. I’m pretty frustrated at this point. Hopefully if I go up to the post office in person my things will actually be there.

what's the point of even calling yourselves a post office if you're just going to put my mail with my full name on it in the wrong mailboxes AND bend all of my packages that say "fragile" on them?

Finally getting my package that had been out for delivery since 9AM and receiving it at 7:30pm is silly.

We weren't getting our deliveries and literally built a delivery table so that the delivery lady wouldn't have to get out of the vehicle. She STILL doesn't even TRY, doesn't even come down the driveway! Its so frustrating. Whats the point of paying for express service, or any service at all???*Update: a month later and I've filed 2 complaints since my original review, getting ready to file my 3rd after waiting a week for a package to *not* be delivered because our driveway was "muddy". Fun fact: your mail actually gets delivered the next day when you file a complaint through the main USPS website. ?

My neighbors and I get each other's mail at least a few days a week and don't let you get multiple packages in and they're too lazy to pull up and sit them on the porch they fill each mailbox on the street up and expect you to give it to whomever it belongs to
