As soon as I went into the store I was greeted, treated with respect and like family. Way better experience than at lows or home depot. The people working there knew their stuff and knew exactly where to find everything!

I had the most incredible experience shopping at Troy Ace Hardware store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me with anything I needed. The store was immaculately organized and stocked with a wide array of tools, supplies, and equipment for any project imaginable.Not only did they have everything I was looking for, but they also had a large selection of specialty items that I didn't even know I needed. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the right products and even offered valuable advice on how to tackle my project effectively.The overall atmosphere of the store was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home while browsing the aisles. Customer service is a hit or miss type deal. Can be nice one day and the next rude! They hire ones that don't know how to access their reward program, then blame it on their internet. The blonde haired girl acts as if she knows nothing about anything and doesn't try to help. Typical lazy workers. Typical lazy help. I could have went to lowes for this kind of service. I'll stick with home depot
