Pam was real nice and patient no attitude. Very great experience at this location. Moe the mechanic was very efficient he made sure everything was properly done good energy on second shift thanks team!

I visited the Love’s in Troy, TX and had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Christine. From the moment I approached the counter, Christine spoke to customers with an unnecessarily rude tone. Instead of offering help, Christine showed attitude and made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

Broke down here at 5:00 in the morning when we threw our serpentine belt. It’s a whole long story, but MARK with the Love’s in-house auto shop helped us out after he got off work (we aren’t a commercial vehicle), and the day manager, LISA, was willing to comp showers for us after she learned how long we’d been on the road. Great people who went above and beyond for us this Thanksgiving holiday. I know I’m so grateful for breaking down at Love’s!

All I wanted was something to eat, I got booted off the property when I was parked next to the trash can out front, I was gonna be 5 minutes, rude lady didn’t bother asking me how long I was gonna be parked, now I see if I was doing a 30 min break or 10 hr break then yes I’ll move, but all I wanted was two cup of hard boiled eggs, two cups of grapes and some pringles, that was it, poor people skill all over

We can't appreciate Loves enough for allowing me to assist my husband in the restroom by using one of the shower facilities. There are very few places that offer the ability for a family member to assist a disabled family member using the restroom. We will always stop here for gas and boycott the larger, popular chain that offers no help to families with a disabled member.

I had very unpleasant experiences at this particular truck stop specifically the one in mathews iowa and the one on I 35 at 306-308 exit . Their staff is quick to side with drivers against minorities. I had a lady from staff screaming at me for laughing at the comments the diesel desk made abou The scale calling his scale wich I picture in my head the overweight cashier carrying it and taking it home after the shift.. later I stop by that particular cashier and showed him my CDL 20 plus years with it zero points over 3 million miles no accidents and told him I got there with patience the name of the game. He started walking my direction and continued towards the exit while he tried to walk closer to me saying I tell you how much patience I have enough to slap someone so fast and proceed to brag about being arrested. I continued to walk and ignored him. And came to place this review.

No trip pak! Truck wash missed some areas. My co-driver had to wash where didn't. The repair shop told us there was an 5 hr wait at 9:30 am we came back at 4:30pm and the wait is the same 5 hrs. Only good I can say in my experience they have extra parking near the truck wash facility.

Convenient location, great to have a dog park near the hotel we stayed at. Our Fur baby really appreciated it. Very clean and spacious
