“Have used this US Post Office for years and have been SPOILED by the always friendly, efficient, and professional attention and services. This is what all post offices should be like. It may be a small post office location but it lacks nothing in providing mail services to all customers.”

“Carlos did an awesome job! He helped make the process with applying for my passport real efficient and explained everything so well. GREAT customer service from everyone there!! ???”
“My husband and I received our passport booklets here for the first time and the staff made the process so pleasant! We had forgotten some documents for our appointment and had to go home and come back and the staff was more than accommodating and was able to still squeeze us in the same day despite their busy schedule and our inconvenience. We truly appreciated that!”

“I’ve never had any issues at the Troy Post Office. We’ve lived here 35 years. If you don’t appreciate the post office here then drive to Temple post office and stand in line. It’s here for community convenience. The people that work for Troy USPS are always very cordial and professional.”
