We were thrown a major pickle while headed to Missouri, when another shop failed to tighten the lugs on both driver and passenger tires therefore we lost our passenger front tire going 65 on i35 while pulling our travel trailer. Joe and the wonderful lady in the office sure helped us get back on the road the same day. It was an emotional day and they built immediate trust with us after the scary situation.
