Does anybody else have trouble during a storm with losing the picture and sound. We try to watch the weather report when there is a major threat of tornado, flash floods , etc. The picture always goes off and we have to switch to ABC. CBS always goes off. I'm glad we have the alternative of moving to another room and watch it on the old time TV just thru antenna, cable ,you can't depend on. Come to think of it it does that on all the locals

They were very attentive and prompt to address the issues I had to resolve. Office staff was quite courteous and helpful. Technician in the field was very thorough.

We never have service issues! Even with everyone online doing work and school, we don't have any issues. The people in the office are kind and professional. We love mid plains and are thankful for their service everyday!

Best internet I've ever had anywhere. Never a flinch, I can stream on three TVs no problems. My Suddenlink can't handle one Netflix connection without choking out multiple times.

Service is great and people working there are awesome. My only complaint is speed vs cost. For the price I pay I would like to see at least 50mbps up and down speeds, considering they are offering fiber optic.
