Samantha ya terrible customer service! NEVER will she ever break my change! I have asked for $100 to be broke she said she couldn’t do that! Okay that’s fine it’s a big bill I understand, so anther week goes buy I go back in the morning & ask for change for a $20.. again she tells me no! I asked do you not have change for a $20 in your register and she says there’s no change in the safe. I said you don’t have change in your register to give me change for a 20? To which she responded that’s why there is a bank across the street for you to get change!! To which I respond and there’s a register in front of you I’m sure you can give me change however She did not want to! I guess I needed to buy a pack of gum in order to get $19.00 back in change; Then she would have change huh? Allsup’s hire educated employees! If giving $20.00 in your register is a problem then Allsup’s needs to keep more change in their safe and in their registers to get through their whole shift! Very disappointed in the customer service everyone else at this Allsup's is very nice and ALWAYS has change to give no matter the time of day or day of the week… Samantha mysteriously never does….:/ not happy with my experience this morning!

I know most of the staff always friend except the guy who works around 12am I went to get gas with cash and he let me know (with very bad customer service) that I can’t pay cash until and certain time which I would have been fine with if he explained it nicely or said I’m sorry for the inconvenience but seemed like I was just inconveniencing him with trying to get gas and then proceeded to put his headphones back in and ignore me.😐 other than that it’s my fav stop on 83 I grew up with Hennessy as a friend and he is so nice and the other employees as well always friendly and nice never have I ever had a bad experience with the day staff

Other than the smarta$$ cashier who was bothered by me asking for a pen to fill out a lotto ticket the morning of 8 Aug at 9 am, the experience was great. The other ladies were very nice and helpful. The gas pumps need paper for receipts. The owners response was more useless than the rude cashier. I'm changing my rating cause of your response.

Very clean new stainless bathroom with changing table near exit of bathroom. Didn't try any products so can't speak to that.
