HE LIED TO ME. READ TO THE END.I called for a price. The person answered the phone took the tire size and gave me a price of $70. He said that they don't have the tire but they can order it. I stopped by to check how many tire do I need to change. In my opinion, I felt that only one tire needed to be changed but I wanted their input. The same person who took my call came out to check my tires. One brand new I just changed recently, one is low on tread, and 2 looked fine for me. He said no you need 3 tires because these 2 are one 6 years old and the other is 5 years old. When we went inside to get the order, He said they are $100 each. Then I said that is too much, you said $70 on the phone and I am on a limited budget, then he said I can find somethig for $85, I said fine, then he came back and said they are out of stuck. Only 1 left. At this point I could sense the dishonesty on his face so I left. When I got home I checked my tires. One has DOT code ends with (4319) and the other with code (0820). That means that one tire is 4 years 3 months old, and the other is 3 years 11 months old. So he lied to me to make the sale.

When they couldn't fix my tire they found me one that will be delivered the very next day by noon! Very friendly, helpful, and professional!

Got a flat in highway, went to this location and the mgr. Told the Jorge the employee to air up the tire. This person dismounted the tire because he said it run flat. I only asked to air the tire up and then I will make a decision what to do next. He refused to air the tire up plus they didn’t have a tire to sell at that time. Poor people skills and customer service. Please note on caution before using this store.
