Marissa is awesome. Always seems to have fresh food no mater how busy they are. I work in the strip mall next to here and always eat here for lunch because it is fast and delicious.

Night staff does not care. I work 13-14 hour days sometimes, I come here for a drink. Sparkling water, Gatorade, stuff like that. Went to ring up my item, it was not the price on the sku sale sticker. Lady said “can’t do anything” I said you don’t have staff here that is capable of correcting things like this? It’s not my fault they can’t keep up with the planograms. If you can’t staff people who strive for customer “service” and customer “satisfaction” then you do not deserve my business.

12/22 @ 10:50 PM - The cashier is just standing behind the register with all doors locked it’s 12 degrees right now and cars are just pulling up, trying to go inside and she is just standing there. This is the same girl I saw on TicTok when she worked at a diamond shamrock recording customers and dancing in the store. I then went to the location on Loop 232 and Broadway and the cashier said people have been coming in their store for hours saying the girl was just standing behind the register not letting anyone in the store just playing on her phone. This was such an inconvenience. I am So disappointed especially with this being a new location.

For being a fairly new store, they don’t keep it clean inside or out. Sidewalks and parking lot always dirty. No washing fluid at the gas pumps. Many times the drink fountain out of order and filthy. Today, no coffee beans. Last week, no straws. Cashiers are always friendly but that’s about the only plus. Whoever owns/manages this needs to get it together.

I really enjoy shopping with 7-eleven! My only problem with my last visit was that there were no taquitos ready to eat and the iced coffee machine has been out of service for quite some time. I would have bought these items, but since they were not available, I had to go to another store.
