Today, for the millionth time NO COFFEE! ☕️
This place has always been notoriously horrible. I remember when I was a kid they went out of business here in Tyler, I imagine for the same reason. #INCONSISTENCY
When they reopened here I was surprised, but gave it a shot/chance, for a while they did great.
Espresso machine was probably the single best idea they brought to the table. Unfortunately, every time I come the machine is not working, it’s “being cleaned”…. That’s not good for business!
That’s why I’m writing the review now.
7/11,… you need to work on your CONSISTENCY! You’re going to go out of business in a bad way yet again!

So drove up here on an already flat tire, used my last $2.50 on the air pump which didn't add any air into my tire instead it took away 5lbs so now I can't even drive to another air pump. ?

I went to this store after work at 1 am trying to get cigarettes. I saw a price for Marlboros for 5.03 with the 711 app. I inquired about it and the white guy with curly hair said you won’t get them for that price. I said then why is the price advertised behind your counter. He said I don’t know you tell me and I said well I don’t know cuz I don’t work here. Then he told me a higher price and I said I’m good and walked out. Worst customer service ever!!!

Clerk should be friendly and talk to customers but they shall not be talking unnecessarily with a single customer when there are 10 people waiting behind you. When there are many customers they simply greet if they wish too and scan the items , take the money and hurry up so that they can take next customer behind.

Store was relatively clean but I shop for gas Via the Valero App to save money, this location would not pre-authorize the pump so tried to pay with app inside store, wouldn't accept the App Code... So for those of you using the Valero App you will stay pay full price at this 7-11/Valero location!
