Very friendly place. They will make sure you get what you want. Paid a payment and got my washer/dryer delivered the very next day. Delivery man was fast and efficient. Will always use Aaron's for any of my needs

First of all this is the worst customer service at this location I have ever had with Aaron’s and I have been a long time customer with the company. This location does not return phone calls. The manager make deals
with you and don’t follow through with it once you get the item. He plays amnesia. I will be returning my product and taking my business elsewhere. The Athens location is the best and if you are looking for anything go to that location not the Aaron’s on Chandler Hwy.

So we are new to the area and needed furniture quick. I called and spoke to Rosetta who was so helpful and kind. She made the whole process super quick and even had my furniture delivered within 3 hours. The couch is beautiful and super comfy. 5 stars from me!
