Highly recommend based on my experience with Cole Cochran. He always answered or returned my calls promptly. I was given updates on the status of my brick without asking. I was short by 2 straps, he went above and beyond to locate more in the same lot number and had it delivered within a few days.

This company doesn't tell you when you are going to get your brick order. They don't have any control about the drivers they work with especially if they are coming out of town. I got a call from a total stranger 10 minutes till 8am and when I didn't pick up the driver just texted me who they were working for and told me where they were going to leave the brick. I tried to call the driver back but he didn't answer. I called the office to ask why I wasn't told that the order was coming at least by the driver since they told me that they don't have any control over the date of arrival, but that a note was left for the driver. If they don't follow the instructions its out of their control. The lady that that answered the call didn't want to be bothered and just passed me along to the man in charge. He tried to address my concern but really didn't do anything that could help at the moment. I don't understand why it would not be important or so very hard to inform the buyer or owner of the home where the brick is going to be delivered so it can be a smooth arrival and not one where there is confusion and lack of communication. I loved the brick but was not happy with the service. If they were that good at giving good customers service like they were for taking payment I bet they might have happier customers.
