I was told I could not return a phone mount that I purchased 2 days ago as if they have a zero returns policy. Ridiculous. I had to go to a different location to complete my return.

9/2/24 Brandon... what an angel he was to me! When I walked in with the weight of the world on my shoulders as my 2005 Maxima's trunk would not open and I had a $350 lawn mower to return STUCK IN there!
I went to Autozone on Broadway, no help, prayerfully drove to Advance Auto and both reps asked how could they help when I walked it, nice to be acknowledged! I went up to Brandon, he came out and with those LONG arms, kind, patient and PERSISTANT demeanor got my truck open!
Here we are 3 days later and its still on my heart and mind what he did for me. I will FOREVER be grateful! I called the store manager, she was amazing to speak with and sang his praises as well!

Bought the part! Mechanic came to repair...wrong part. I had been 7 weeks since original purchase...I got a ride to exchange for correct part, the lady was soooo kind and my type if person, just a people person❤️. She exchanged the part and ordered the new one and we were all happy happy happy! Car is back on the road😆give her a gold star!

I went to the store to order a part and paid for it and I went back two days later to not get the part..The guy offered to order it again and I ended up getting a refund and going to 3 other stores to find the part. Thanks to AutoZone for being of their word and not wasting my time and getting my money without ordering the part
