I was originally intending to use another roofing company, but happened to meet Courtney Dowdy when she coordinated my neighbor’s roof. She immediately inspired my confidence in her and did not disappoint. She took care of every detail and made the entire process effortless for me. I had no prior experience with roofing, but she walked me through every step with patience and kindness and with wonderful results. It was a total pleasure doing business with Courtney. Recommend her whole-heartedly.

The Advantage Roofing experience was very good for me. Courtney was great to work with. The roofers completed the job mostly within one day. The Advantage roofing folks provided superb customer service and left my yard and driveway nice and clean. I’m very happy that I chose them for my roof.

Ryan has been my roof consultant for several years and has managed a crew for one major leak repair involving a prior new roof installation at hail damage. He recently handled my new roof replacement with USAA and minimized my out of pocket deductible expense. I wouldn’t consider any other person and company to take care of my roofing issues. Ryan responds to texts immediately and makes sure that I understand the situation and plans a response accordingly.

Courtney Dowdy is one of the most caring and dedicated women I have ever met. Customer service doesn’t describe what she accomplishes. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to see that the folks she works for and with have the best possible experience on every level of the project. Rigo and his crew, who do the actual roofing, are equally determined to deliver the best job possible. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and gutters. My roof was 20+ years old and needed a replacement badly. Contacted Advantage for an estimate and they were quick, professional and thorough. They even used a drone to scan and take pics of the roof. They offer really good material options and colors. Estimate price was under my budget and they quickly got my roof less than a week later and finished in one day. I got the materials I wanted and a new ridge vent installed. Excellent clean up and they delivered quality work. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a new roof.
