The female manager is great. Her husband, ehhh....From the outside, the area looks clean and well kept, but inside the storage units...it's a different story. The gutters are filled with debris, so when it rains, you'll have the front corners of the unit filled with water. I've since moved to cube smart...and am paying the same amount for the same size unit. The difference is, there's been no damage or leaking in my new storage facility. And I feel my things are more secure. At advantage, ANY sequence of numbers will open the gate, at ANY time. I'll also mention, advantage's doors are a bit antiquated. I did have one sheer off the guide rod and come down, hitting me in the head. So be careful. Btw...the white packet at the bottom is rat poison. I suppose it's Management's idea of pest control. Which, if you see the rat excrement on my furniture, it doesn't work.
