ZERO stars. Made appt for contact lenses. Was asked if a remote doc was ok. Whatever.🙄 After testing, I'm told that I'll have to come back for the fitting with a doctor,since it was so long since I'd worn them. Then, I'm told they can't see me til mid Oct. The manager refused to work me in sooner. How bout this, America's Best, (what a joke)if a new patient schedules for contacts, just assume they'll need a fitting..or , train your people better!!! I REALLY don't appreciate wasting my time & gas, for NOTHING. I used to be an optician & contact lens fitter (optemetric tech). There's NO excuse for this. I'm actually glad it didn't work out. After blasting yall on social media, my comments blew up with horror stories. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

Place is a joke the tyler location canceled my wifes appointment after she had drove an hour. Not a big deal i understand things happen but she is almost out of contacts and her glasses broke she asked if she could buy some contacts to get her by to her next appointment witch is a month away so she wont be blind for next 3 weeks. They told her they couldnt help so after useing them for last 10yr we are switching to eye mart down the road. They fixed her up right away and gave her so temp contacts and set her an appointment to see a doctor. Go to eye mart they are much beter

I made a appointment, it was for two weeks later . I arrived for said appointment and thay say thay called me earlier this morning to cancel my appointment. First off two weeks and I took the day off . Just to be told it's my fault for being there after that called me which thay didn't . Why would I drive 45 min.to your business.

Felt like I was rushed in rushed out. They didn't even dilate my eyes. Made an appointment then they canceled on it and I had to wait another month so I was running low on contacts. I want to be see by a real person not someone on TV

The eye exam technician Brian is rude! He has a smart mouth and is bothered by anything. The guy hates his job for sure , he looks miserable and treats customers with an attitude. I've had 3 past encounters with him and I hate coming back just because of him. I will be asking for someone else next time. Other than that everyone else is wonderful.

I used to have good experiences here, but my most recent was terrible. The doctor for some reason prescribed two separate glasses prescriptions one for work(because I work on computers?) and one for driving etc??? Idk man. So I chose to only get the one for everything, rather than the two pair. When I picked them up they seemed fine until I started driving and realized I couldn’t see at a distance at all to the point I was feeling uneasy and sick to my stomach… I called only to be told oh that’s normal, just get used to it and call back next week if you still feel the same. (In my 20 years of corrective lenses I’ve never heard that) so I did. Still felt the same and called back and they said oh whoops sorry about that, we had the wrong prescription made. So I took the frames back, only to pick them up and it be the exact same issue…. And I can’t see at all out of my contacts either. HUGE WASTE OF MY INSURANCE BENEFITS AND MONEY! Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me that the doctor will evaluate my eyes on screen (video call). How can an optometrist prescribe glasses that way? It doesn’t make sense for me. Absolutely not a reliable place to go.

They will try to give you a more pricey product, and disregard your preferences. It's either on purpose, or they need more training.

Not sure what their issue is I had an 1115 appointment and didn't get seen until 12. Poor excuses as to why I couldn't get connected to a doctor.

They had bad customer service and didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t fix the issue I had with their contacts and didn’t have patience even though I was a paying customer.
