If I could leave zero stars I would.In February I took my car in for the horn to be fixed due to it not honking. The mechanic (who also happens to be the owner) replaced the clock spring, fixing the horn. As I left their parking lot and made it to the 1st light, I had lights pop up on my dash indicating that my VDC and traction control were turned off. Thinking it was a fluke I went ahead and grabbed my kid from school. Leaving the school it still kept acting up. I called Anderson and was told to bring it back in.That started a 2 week fight of the mechanic not listening when I would explain what was going on and loads of daily lies with the issue not being fixed. I even told them they should take it to Nissan and have Nissan tell them what's wrong or to fix it (on their dime). I was finally told that there was a possibility of 2 different parts but the owner refused to change out the parts without knowing which one it was and the car wouldn't act up long enough to throw a code. So I took my broken car to Nissan and come to find out, when putting my steering wheel back on my car they had broken the steering sensor and something else by shoving it together. The Nissan mechanic gave me the part they broke and I had to pay $1700 to Nissan for what Anderson broke.I filed a small claim and the owner denied my claims. Court date was set in late May and the owner didn't even show up to the court. Judge ruled in my favor and he had 21 days to appeal, which he did not. And he still has yet to even attempt to contact me to reimburse me. I know my next legal steps but wanted to make it known how dishonest and shady this company is. I would watch a YouTube video and attempt to repair my car myself before letting them touch my vehicle ever again.

Really long story short, I took my car in back in February to have the horn fixed. **** got fixed and the mechanic/owner broke a vital part of my ABS system when re-attaching my steering wheel. After 2 weeks of lies and being talked over he refused to change out a couple parts since the issue wouldn't act up long enough to throw a code. I ended up having to drive my broke car to ****** and pay $1700 for ****** to fix what he broke. ****** even gave me the part with an explanation on how it was mechanic error. I filed a small claim with the courts. He denied my claims and a court date was set. Court date came and he never showed. After making my case, the judge ruled in my favor for him to pay back the amount I paid to ******. He had 21 days to appeal and he did not. He still hasn't even made an attempt to contact me in regards to paying me back. I would not trust this company with a ***** bicycle, let alone a car. Don't have what was done to me happen to you.

Arrived at 7 am , the business was open for business . Spoke to the employee ,explained what was my concern about truck. He told me it could be looked at to see where the problem is. Very friendly.

When I was quoted the price I almost fell over thought it was kinda high but they stuck to the quote and now my Ford ranger runs like a new one. Have driven far enough to use a tank of gas and just the fuel savings in the next year will more than cover the cost of the repair thank you guys.Service: Engine repair

First off, time is money. They did not waste my time or money in a tight situation with my son's truck. Got right on it and repaired it. I expected the worst but got the best. I have no problem paying for a proper diagnostic test. I say proper diagnostic test because they got to the cause of the readings. Something you can't get at the auto part stores. Auto part stores are a guide. I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get. I am grateful to them for great service and for keeping my son out my truck. Explained everything to me and even told me what to expect.

While vacationing near Tyler, Texas our air conditioner in our truck quit cooling. It was a hot and humid 95 degrees. I was not looking forward to the ride home. Stopped at Anderson's and they took care of the problem right away. Very reasonable cost. As we were out of towner's he could have stuck it to us. But he didn't. It was a pleasure doing business at Anderson's Automotive.

Come out of my hotel to find a screw stuck in my tire but it wasn't flat. Took my truck to this place on the recommendation of someone at the office. They told me it would be 30 to 45 min before they could look at it. Less than 10 minutes they had me fixed up. Turns out the screw was just in the tread and tire didn't need to be plugged or patched. No charge either. That's the kind of service that will have me returning if I'm back in that area and need help.Thank you.

Called near noon about a steering problem. They had an opening so I immediately brought the vehicle in. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day! By 4:15 I was back home with a vehicle that was once again safe to drive. They explained the problems in detail and worked with me on other issues. Grateful that they were there and certainly seem entirely trustworthy. Don't let a couple of entitled snowflakes scare you away from a good honest shop. I've worked on my own vehicles and had some great mechanics in the past. These guys are good, honest folks who earn their money. I WILL be returning as necessary.

I'm 60 years old, and very ignorant on any car related issues. (other than air in the tires and mirror adjustments) Ken and his staff, are the 1st automotive/repair company, I've ever encountered, that didn't take advantage of my auto knowledge deficiencies. Great work, fair price... Thanks Ken!
