Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Frank at Armstrong McCall. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was rude and dismissive. He acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience, and his tone throughout the interaction was unprofessional and entitled. As a licensed professional, I expect to be treated with basic respect — instead, I felt like I was being talked down to for simply asking questions about products.
This is not the kind of experience I expect from a business that’s supposed to support beauty professionals. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

I love that Tyler had an Armstrong McCall! I come here to get my hair products to maintain my blonde hair. You must be a licensed cosmetologist to shop here though. They have a great selection of products here and tend to have what I need in stock 9/10 of the time.
