Upon speaking to salesman (Travis Slick) on the phone about unit I was interested in, I went and met him, was greeted by staff Travis was able to help me thru every step of the sales of the hitachi excavator I wanted to purchase! Sales, financing, and prompt delivery was all complete within 24 hours!!
