My wife was given an appointment time, yesterday, and she drove 72 miles to be there. When she arrived, the store was closed, and she and several others, with appointment times, were left standing outside trying to figure out what was going on. They tried to call the local number, and no one would answer.
Very unprofessional, and a huge waste of time!! 144 wasted miles and still has a broken phone!

Went to drop off phone for repair got there at 10:20 am, and they were closed. It is new years eve but I told them I would be dropping it off at that specific date they didn't say a word about being closed. Why do you need to close the whole day? I get closing early, but you should also put a sign up saying so. No sign or anything saying you are going to be closed. They also act like they don't want to be there when they are there. Ridiculous.

I landed at this store after my Samsung phone/device had a chipped screen rendering it useless. I got a replacement overnight and went to Verizon at Cumberland Village. The "tech" there had little or no interest in putting in much effort to transfer my data from my broken phone. The Tech at Asurion got right to it and everything was transfered to my new phone in 35 minutes. EVERYTHING!! He did it while I waited which worked out great for me. Thank you! Reasonable cost for the service as well.

I've called 5 times, the first time someone answered, started breathing then hung up like I'm supposed to be the one to say something first, then the next few times they just ignored the call

The repair took a little longer than expected, but they had to wait on a special tool. Phone seems to be working normally again.

Came here to try and transfer files after my phone was destroyed and Asurion sent a new one. Unfortunately, I was only able to get a few things off of the phone before it died. However, the people that helped were great. Totally understanding and willing to help in anyway that they could. My situation sucked, but they helped make it better. 5/5, will go back should I ever need to.

Quickest and easiest claim process. Tech was fast and fixed the phone In less than two hours. Overall, from start of claim, until the moment I got my phone back, 4 hours !

We have shown up twice to get the back of my wife’s phone fixed. The first time, we made an appointment, and they didn’t honor it.
The second time we came, the guy (both guys were extremely rude) took forever to eventually decide that they were unable to replace the screen for an iPhone 14 Pro.
Let me save you the trip, go literally ANYWHERE else, and if you have iPhone, get Apple Care instead of Asurion.

I had a computer virus scare on my laptop. They took it in right away and assessed it. I was given instructions how to do small things to keep my files safe and secure. I was very pleased with my service.
