Both Jeremiah and Francisco were pleasant and I appreciated their assistance to my broken phone repair. Came in on a Friday during lunch time and my phone was repaired within 1 hour.

My phone is fixed!! They were able to schedule an appointment to fixed my screen the next day. I left my phone and went to work. When I got back it was fixed. Doesn't get any simpler.

This place is just plain garbage was supposed to be delivered to us today and because they supposedly couldn’t find our address they just cancel our order called corporate and all they could tell me was “I’m sorry but all we can give you a $25 gift card”which we still haven’t received yet either. don’t come here.EVER!!!

I took my laptop to the Tyler Asurion to repair what ever was causing it to not work. The screen was blacked out and touch pad inoperative. Asurion ran the diagnostics and rebooted finding no apparent mechanical issues. The machine then worked fine. There was no charge for this since diagnostics are free and no repairs were needed, The only problem was having the wrong phone number listed so I wasn't notified when it was ready to pick up.My laptop now works fine.

Assurion did not pay attention to the "? screen cracked". Answer was" no". It was the plastic cover on the back of the phone which was put in the comments but the technician was sent to repair the screen which didn't need repair. He politely said I needed to go to the store to have it repaired but was not necessary since the small crack did not hurt the phone. It is only a cosmetic cover.

Tech are stretched to thin. Asurion makes to many appointments for the same time. There is no way they can get to there appointment on time which make the ustomer up set

Broke the glass on my phone. Since I use my phone for work I had to get it repaired immediately. Took it into Asurion and Brandon helped me. He was super friendly and had my phone fixed within 15 mins! Very happy with my experience here! Thank you Brandon!

Have had to use them twice in two years. First time they rescheduled about 3-4 times and showed up late. Recently had to submit another claim. Apt was from 1-3 and I never received a call or text. At 3pm had to call into the office to find out the technician who was suppose to show up called in sick but I was never notified. We will see if they show up on Monday.Updating to 4 stars because Jeff was awesome. Cannot give 5 because of previous experience.

After 3 missed home appointments I refused to set up another appointment they would undoubtedly not show for so I made the drive to Tyler to get my cracked screen fixed. I spent over an hour dealing with Asurion on the phone because they couldn't find my claim in the system eventhough I had already paid my deductible and had proof. I went back with my husband to pick up my phone 4 hours later and the guy informed me that because the replacement screen came with a battery, they went ahead and switched it out. By the time we got home my phone was almost dead so I put it on the charger to find 2 hours later it had charged 6%. Things with my phone have gotten progressively worse the past couple of months and of course Asurion is doing everything they can to avoid actually fixing my phone. They want me to pay another deductible to fix or their shoddy work.
