I recently had an unfortunate experience at this auto service center that I feel compelled to share. I came in for a routine oil change, which should have been a straightforward process, but it turned into a series of mishaps.First and foremost, they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle, which is a basic mistake that should not happen in a professional auto service center. This led to complications and potential damage to my engine in the long run. Next, I needed my tires rotated and balanced, but they only counter balanced them, which was not what I requested or paid for. This oversight affected the performance and longevity of my tires.The real frustration began when I had to call them for clarification on the incorrect filter they used. The service technician's response was unprofessional, stating that if he was a good mechanic, he should have done it himself. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.When I confronted the assistant manager, she asked if there was anything she could do to make amends, and I requested a refund for the subpar service. However, she flatly refused, insisting that they had used the correct filter. To verify my claim, I contacted four different locations that sell filters, and all of them confirmed that the filter they had installed was indeed wrong.Seeking a resolution, I spoke to the store manager, Corey Russell. Unfortunately, this interaction was even more frustrating, as he repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the discrepancies between their actions and the recommendations from the dealership and various parts stores. To make matters worse, he abruptly hung up the phone while I was discussing the issue with the technician, leaving the matter unresolved and my concerns unaddressed.Overall, my experience at this auto service center was incredibly disappointing. They demonstrated a lack of professionalism, failed to provide the correct services, and showed a concerning attitude towards customer concerns. I would strongly caution anyone against using their services, as it has been nothing but a frustrating and unsatisfactory ordeal.

TRUCKERS!!!! DO NOT PARK AT THIS WALMART. THEY WILL BOOT YOUR TRUCK AND CHARGE 250 DOLLARS TO REMOVE THE BOOT!! As a matter of fact, if I can't park here, I won't shop here. Maybe putting the word out and if truckers stop shopping where we can't park will make a difference. Maybe not. We deliver goods across the nation but can't use the same ground as everyone else. I called this walmart and confirmed that they authorized this company to do this. I practically live in my truck. It's to make money not pay people for trying to earn a living. Bye Walmart. Sam Walton is probably writhing in his grave. God rest his soul.

Shelves were empty, and staff was rude. One particular employee has been rude on numerous occasions. I honestly don't know why I even bother to try going to this Walmart anymore.

Show up on Troup hwy location at 5:30- garden center is CLOSED- can't buy soil, plants, seeds, tools, ANYTHING FOR OUTDOORs- they have a big gate across the entrance to the plants- when I tried to ask a associate I was given a finger in the air and told I would have to wait for her to answer my questions- she was on her cell phone- so again - I asked a cashier- big mistake- as she stayed leaning against a pole- never once looking up from her cell phone I was told that the garden center closes at 6pm period- it's freaking 5:30!!! Said there was nothing they could do!!! So when did Walmart start closing the garden center at 6? Most people don't even get off until then- I will take my business elsewhere! No wonder walmart was on the front page news today about getting sued- they suck!

I tried calling this location three times and no one picked up the phone. Once a worker did pick up the phone and she immediately hung up on me after I asked her a question. I highly do not recommend this location there is no wonder they only have two stars. Also who mandates a vaccine for all of their employees when it does not even work.
