Very disappointed to say the least, do not waste your time at this store and drive 5 more miles to the corporate store on S. Broadway by Chipotle. We had the unfortunate luck of having Ellie help us and everything was WRONG. We made an online order to pick up at the store in Lindale which miraculously they sold our reserved phones to someone else, so we went to this Tyler store, handed Ellie our online order and specifically asked for her to give us everything we pre-selected, she said no problem and the assured us that all the same promotions and prices would be the same which was 100% WRONG, because we are now slammed with a ridiculous bill overcharged with the wrong plan, wrong phones, mis-led, mis-informed and out of our phones that we traded in from Verizon - just overall the worst decision ever to leave Verizon. Long story short we asked for the starter plan, but she gave us the most expensive of everything, the more expensive phone that had higher memory, so it was $200 more than the one we asked for, the watch was supposed to be free but in fact was only 50% off and is @ $20 a month, which we weren't told about and so much more. At the end, the printer wasn't working for her to print out a summary of what our plan and charges were, and she was supposed to email us, but never did. WE REGRET LEAVING VERIZON. Ask for Josh at the Corporate store he took amazing care of us and filled in all of the gaps in information of this trap we are stuck in.

Horrible customer service at this store. I purchased a brand new iPhone with accessories. The AT&T branded screen protectors that the store employees sold me, cracked in multiple places first time it was dropped, less than 6 weeks after purchased. I was told it had a lifetime warranty so I go back to the store. They inform me there is a fee to replace it. I was never told there fees involved when I originally purchased this item. Why would I pay more for a defective product that doesn’t work? I asked for the store manager or district store manager to call me back, never heard from them. I call the store back one week later to talk to the store manager. I ask to return the defective product & he refused. I asked again for the district store manager to call me, and never heard from the person over 1 1/2 month ago. Very bad customer service and they refuse to stand behind their products hanging up on their walls in their stores. And I was completely misinformed when I was sold this screen protectors, basically lied to about the warranty.

Lying snakes with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will lie to you and give you the runaround until blue in the face. They will have you call several numbers just to be passed around and tell you to come into the store just so they can tell you to call another number and start the process over. Don’t let these snakes get you! Do yourself a favor and go to Verizon!

AT&T assistant Hugo was very caring and explained everything to me thoroughly and had me up and running in no time people at 301 N.N.W. loop 323 are very good people to deal with!

Manhattan was so helpful through the whole experience, every step he took care of. We came in late due to our busy schedule and Manhatten took care of billing transfer, activation, and trade in. Staying late to do so for us! He definitely made a long time customer out of us, amazing customer service, quick, and so polite during out time!
