Manny is such a great employee to have there. I recently upgraded my familys phones. I actually live out of state so it can get a little difficult setting things up. Manny took care of my mom and set her phone up with such ease and simplicity she was astounded. I really appreciate Manny for doing that. Its not just doing the work but also going above and beyond to make sure that she was set up properly and efficiently. Give this kid a raise! Support like this is what leaves no doubt in my mind that ATT is the way to go! Keep being you Manny and it will definitely pay off.

Mahatton "Manny" Reaves is very knowledgeable of his work. Everytime I go into the store to pay on my father in law's account, Manny always ask am I ready for an upgrade. Well this time, he got me. I am very pleased with my selection. Patrick and your other Lead, Female Caucasian forgive me for not remembering her name but they all are a major asset. I wouldn't ask for a better sales team. AT&T is the BEST!

Go to AT&T on the Loop in Tyler, across from McDonalds. Ask for Manhattan. You will get top notch full service.

Manhattan @ AT&T store at 2028 E Southeast Loop 323. Tyler , TX 75701 immediately addressed my family and I as we walked in. Answered all questions knowledgeable with regard to my family needs being met as his # 1 concern. He put a smile of both our son faces, simplified the process and saved me some money. Thanks Manhattan. If he's not a manager, he should be. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional @ the same time.

Worst Customer service I have ever received. Am considering switching carriers just to make sure that I don't have to be subjected to this again. Waited for multiple hours while a guy was on the phone with customer support, getting irritated with me for the COMPANIES mistake. No one knew what they were doing. Go to a different AT&T store, even if you have to drive a while. I've never written a bad review, but I have to do it as a public service.

Every time I’ve been to this AT&T store at 2028 E Southeast Loop 323. Tyler , TX 75701, they have always taken great care of me. They answer all of my questions and concerns. Patrick is the manager there and he does an absolutely outstanding job.

Just upgraded my phone a few months back. This store told me they would payoff my phone, but come to find out months later they never did. Completely denied that they ever said they would and was leading me to believe I was the one who misunderstood the previous conversation. If you're thinking about switching to AT&T don't. If you already have them I would advise you to switch carriers.
