There is nothing worse than driving across East Texas To a place that says they're open on Saturdays but is not. If your lobby is not going to be open on Saturdays please Listed as closed on Google

Terrible customer service. I went into the branch to close an account I don’t use and it had a negative balance and the girl helping me asked if I could pay the negative balance with a different debit card and the manager said yeah if her other account isn’t over drafted too and started laughing.
